No Aircon.
We had booked a meal at Adam Reid's restaurant and thought we would extend our experience and stay at the hotel. The meal was excellent. The room looked good, however the Aircon did not work at all. The customer relations staff did not answer the phone when we tried to call. My husband went down to see them. They sent someone up with a not effective fan and said someone from maintenance would be up.
Someone did come but just before we were going to get changed to go to the restaurant. He said he would be back after we left as it was going to require some work. Either he never came back or he couldn't mend it. When he got back to the room it was stifling.
