room was spotless, staff lovely and overall an amazing stay i loved the fact that there was a coffee machine on every floor and tea bags but the one thing which annoyed us the most wa that we could hear people talking next door and everytime the shower went on or a toilet flushed from the rooms either side we could hear it which was irritating and woke me up a few times but overall we had a fabulous stay bed was huge and comfortable and the room was beautiful and quirky.

Hotel is superbly situated in the city centre. It is clean, modern and spotless. Really good, helpful staff. And as good a buffet breakfast as I have had anywhere - delicious. Only negative for me was that my room was equipped with two small single beds - the bed was too small to be totally comfortable and I did not sleep particularly well. However I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was in the heart of manchaster, near by of the oxnard road train station, from where you easly reach the airport. The rooms weren't that big but more then enough for a short stay in manchester. I would always book it again and recommend it.

Clean room, lovely bathroom room with toiletries. Room has all you need like mirrors and plugs and nice bedding and towels. Location is amazing and at night they lock the doors so very safe. Free coffee and there’s a good bar downstairs. Helpful staff who held our bags before our train home for us so we could enjoy the city. Always stay here when we visit

Booked a premier king room with city centre view. Was one floor one - looked out onto concrete and air con units - room was dark and depressing. Expedia said rooms had a desk - we did not have this . We asked to be moved to what we had actually paid for and was told no as hotel was full. Shame as the staff were first class, bar, restaurant were first class. Drinks stations on each floor were really good. Room just let it down. Made me feel quite depressed
