The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It's great to be able to leave bags securely after check out, and I also like that there's an option to skip the daily room service. We were able to ask for items such as tea, coffee and toilet rolls when needed.

All the staff from guest check in to bartenders were friendly, polite and helpful. High service level enhanced the ambiance of the hotel overall. Rooms clean, love the faux fireplace on tv, room felt cozy, quiet. Lobby also very comfortable and cozy.
