I stayed with friends just for one night as we were visiting the ao arena. The hotel was great, within walking distance to where we needed it go. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and had everything we needed including toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was also very good with a great choice for everyone.

DO not stay in room 127 - the room is above/next to a cooling system or other noisy electrical machinery which kept me awake all night with its humming.

Another pleasant stay, convenient for where we like to dine and for the theatre. Attentive staff, excellent breakfast, recommend the omelette. Comfortable beds, clean and sizeable rooms for the four of us, could do with more charging ports but not a deal breaker. Also appreciate the hydration stations outside the rooms as we go through alot of water; would recommend.

Booked this overnight stay for my partners birthday, paid £250 for the executive suite, on arrival room wasn’t ready, was moved to another room, pictures showed a bath, very expensive for what it is worth. Room was nothing special for a lot of money.
