Nice hotel. Air conditioning could be better.

Hotel itself is modern and clean. Rooms serviced every day to a good standard. The rooms are warmed by the sun and the air conditioning isn’t good enough to cool it properly, therefore 3 very warm and sweaty nights were had.

High quality and money well spent

The room was spotless, very large tv and a stunning view even though we didnt pay for this. The two double beds were clean and sheets washed. There was a shower and a bath and everything was clean, lots of towels aswell. Breakfast was delicious and lots to chose from, there was an English breakfast, pastries and all you can think of. Highly recommended to my peers and would definitely come again, lovely staff aswell to talk to. We had a lady push infront of us and your staff member handled this like a pro. All the best x

Great Location and Friendly Staff

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring the area. Breakfast was good, though it would be great if they had a separate egg station for vegetarians to avoid cross-contamination with meat products like ham. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. However, the amenities were quite basic, and it would have been nice if complimentary water was provided. Overall, despite a few minor issues, I would recommend the hotel.

Great location near the train station and great views over the city. However, they seem to be scrimping on the basics. The precious occupants room service was still outside the room when we checked in, their shower gel was still in the shower and minor, but frustrating considering the price, no biscuits in the room. The bar staff were also overwhelmed, so after quite a long wait I went to the local shops to get drinks and snacks instead.

Nice room

We booked a panoranic suite, lovely light room, very spacious and clean. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water and some snacks/biscuits in room. (In glass bottles? Eco friendly) We had access to the M lounge and took advantage of the free drinks and snacks in the evening (5 - 9) before heading out. Hubby did use it for breakfast the next day. Overall an enjoyable stay.

A lovely hotel with friendly, professional staff. Great room, exceptionally clean and very comfortable bed. Room service quick and good food. Breakfast lovely although very busy, would choose to dine in the room next time.
