Paying on arrival instead of in advance, free cancellation if necessary. Helpful staff, always feel safe and comfortable at the Britannia. I had booked a room without window, but they very kindly put me in a room with window anyway.

Okay stay

Hotel is quite dated, stayed in a twin room with on suite. Room had no air con or window so was extremely hot in the night. Bathroom okay. Staff were very friendly and helpful though, just an average stay. Very central.

It was perfect for Our stay of just one night. The room was spotless with a well equipped bathroom inc. towels. Staff were courteous & answered any questions. The hotel is well situated just off Piccadilly.
