We had a fantastic stay — the location couldn’t have been better for visiting ABBA Voyage, with the venue just a short stroll away. The room was spotless, the service was warm and attentive, and the 24‑hour pizza offering was an unexpectedly brilliant bonus. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for the staff. Overall, it delivered excellent value for money and made the trip even more enjoyable.

Very nice hotel, with very friendly staff who are on hand at any time of day and can recommend the pizza. Room was clean and well equipped. Only let down was the lack of a view from the room because it was below ground level

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, a quiet traditional hotel in the midst of a very modern high rise area of London. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were both welcoming and friendly. We would stay there again.

The hotel has a sign outside stating hotel and restaurant, however the reality is there is no proper restaurant the only thing you can get is a pizza. We were woken just before midnight with the fire alarm going off wildly, false alarm but no apology or anything from staff either

Staff were friendly, room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was quite small, and at night I felt the room shake every few minutes (maybe due to being so close to the train/underground station).

The room was small but had everything we needed and was very clean. We stayed for 4 days and the towels changed every day if needed and the bed linen every second day. All the staff were so helpful, they are a credit to the Westbridge hotel. The only thing I would say is, the fire alarm went off twice on our second last night and we weren't told anything

Room was spotless, staff were excellent and friendly. Loved the location. Breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate. Bar was nice in the evening. If i'm being really picky the silly little milk portions are never enough but all hotels seem to do this. It would be better to put a box of uht milk in the fridge and add any cost differance to the room price or supply a small jug which could be refilled at the bar to save waste. Will definately stay again
