Great spa and pool!

The room was good nothing to write home about but personally for us that didn’t matter. As the pool and spa facilities were the best thing about or stay! The bathroom was fairly cramped but not a problem. The guy we had on the evening checking in was quite blunt and rude really.

Small tidy room. Hairs all over bed, sheets and in the bed and pillows in apartment, window sill covered in dust. Dirty floor, dusty shelves and kitchen shelves. Bathroom door not on roller so wouldnt open properly.

Save your money!

Disappointing. Had to have a passport to check in for ID which I want told about, this caused issues as I didn’t have it on me, luckily I had a picture of it otherwise they wouldn’t have let me check in! They also wanted £100 security deposit which I wasn’t aware of. The room was so tiny it was laughable. The bed was a small double and the “bathroom” was just a cloakroom with a shower in it. The only saving grace was the swimming pool and sauna and the iced matcha from the cafe. I wouldn’t stay there again. Save your money

Zero sleep

The hotel room was tiny and not very well maintained. Plug sockets hanging out the wall. All needed repainting specially the skirting boards. The DLR is so noisy all night so I wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Actually quite a good small hotel, pool was nice but didn’t get chance to try the gym. Room was small but clean. Shower is small so not recommended for bigger people. The DLR is loud but if you have ear plugs your are ok. Good value for what I paid. Internet was free but complicated to setup for multiple devices.

DO NOT GO HERE

This was the most horrible hotel I have ever been in you will not catch me in this area again please do not spend your money on this hotel it’s better to spend a bit more for a better experience everything was such a let down and disappointment we came in they told us anytime we want to open our room door we have to ask a staff member because apparently our key card doesn’t work the room had NO WIFI I had to stand outside to use my phone the to Did not work and it smelled absolutely disgusting the pool was so dirty the toilet was smaller than a university accommodation toilet I’m serious I had to use it with the door open what a waste of money I feel so angry and upset and we asked to change rooms they said no just absolutely terrible
