Lovely big room. Large comfortable bed. Lighting poor e.g No lighting over the mirror. Only one light in the porch and rather dim lights each side of the bed. No instructions on how to use air con- it took time to work out on a hot day. Very polite helpful and friendly staff on reception bar and restaurant. A real asset to the hotel.

Excellent stay, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, special shout out to Alina at reception. Our room was very comfortable with everything we needed. Bar very cosy and food great. We’ll definitely be back and recommend to others.

The front desk staff are 100/10. The amenities in the room are 10/10. The rooms themselves could probably be updated and refreshed but honestly we didn’t care because everything else was fabulous. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious, didn’t quite get what I ordered for breakfast but it was fine. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I’m quite critical of hotels.

Bright decor and lovely location with parking

The Coach and Horses really surprised us with its amazing decor and attention to detail. It was in a great spot close to Kew amenities and attractions. The room felt like a home from home and had been recently refurbished. For a deluxe room it was was quite compact . The snacks and drinks available for an extra charge were a pleasing option.
