I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money.
Parking advertised as complimentary and on a first come first serve basis. Only to find an £85.00 charge without any information or discussion when arriving.

The quiet surrounding. The quay view from the window was meditating. Clean and clear walk routes. Reception staff were really kind and welcoming. Hotel was wonderfully Clean, Neat and smelt gorgeous in the Lobby area. A very pleasant stay indeed. Will definitely be returning for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of London.
The hotel itself is lovely, but the customer service — particularly front of house and management — desperately needs improvement. They seem more interested in arguing and proving you wrong than resolving issues. On two separate occasions, despite paying for a River King View, they attempted to downgrade us and told it was the same standard of room, which it clearly wasn’t. Training in professionalism and guest care is urgently needed.
Really pleased with the service and accommodation provided. It was a birthday celebration and the hotel could not do enough for me and my family with a cake and card on my welcome into the room and upgrade room I could not have any more. Lovely hotel differently stay again.

Great neighborhood but limited access to shopping, dining, groceries.
I understand that the rooms are being updated, which was the reason given for the very poor provision of socket outlets, especially in the bedroom tha we stayed in. The meal options are limited, probably due to the availability of other nearby dining options. Apartments with views overlooking the harbour are great and worth the upgrade payment
