The stay overall wasn’t so pleasant due to the heating not working and the room assigned to us was not the one we have selected when we did the booking. Heating wasn’t working and the night staff wasn’t so helpful at all. However the team when we checked in was great and provided us with all the information but the rest not so great even though the location is amazing , quiet and clean.

This is a great hotel, staff are friendly and rooms are basic but nice. The only gripe I had is the mattress was awful, there were springs sticking up all over and we had to perch on the edge to get to sleep.

Another stay here, on a business trip. No problems encountered all was good. Particular mention to the lady in the restaurant at breakfast, so helpful and pleasant, she always asks how we are each time we stay at the Savera.

When I got there , no one asked me for breakfast. They put me on the list for Saturday and Sunday but I was told that I didn’t pay for breakfast when I went to the restaurant on Sunday . I told them that I thought I had done that and they checked it on the system to say nothing there. I had to pay for breakfast and was embarrassed when they looked at me . I didn’t like that . They must ask me when I got there , thanks

Friendly staff, clean hotel and conveniently next to the South Ruislip station. The mattress and pillow in the room are not very comfortable so not the best nights sleep. The breakfast is continental (from 7:00am) and we were happy with it for what we needed - toast, cereal, croissants, cheese, ham and cheese and hot / cold drinks (its approx £9 for full English). We stayed there as we were seeing Oasis at Wembley and would deffo recommend if you have a gig there - it takes about 20 mins for total journey from hotel to Wembley Stadium. We would probably stay again if needed.

Couples city break

Great hotel location for Wembley and London,train station next door. Parking available for stay for small fee. Clean hotel. Continental breakfast was great. Lovely little bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic find. Perfect base to travel in and out of the city. Really lovely and helpful staff, great bar and lounge facilities downstairs. Room was clean, well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. Plus parking on site. Will definitely be back.
