Hotel and room was great and as expected. However our experience the next morning was nothing short of appalling. 45 minutes for breakfast to arrive and when it did the order was wrong. Bacon included with a Vegan request, no beans (oh, these came out 10 minutes after we had finished eating) and also completely forgot that we asked for some gluten free bread. The other breakfast order came with Vegan Saudages and was told that they had run out of meat sausages. Confused by this as orders after ours came out with meat sausages. At no point was anything explained and it wasn't until we complained at the end that somebody apologised. Was told that we wouldn't be charged but still had to pay £15 each for the experience. Would never eat there again.

The room is superb, clean and neat. Bed is very comfortable as well. Have a nice recharge there. About the pool as it is not located within hotel, i think its better mentioned as additional to hotel guests and prepare one-time lock for hotel guests so we can also enjoy the experience better.

The whole experience was great as we were staying for the RWC Final. Simple check in, great service and very spacious and comfortable rooms. Decor is good and in keeping with the Radisson Red theme throughout. Overall a great stay for myself and my group.

Comfy & spacious but hot & staff uncontactable

Our stay was 50% excellence, 50% poor, with nothing inbetween. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were wonderful. The shower was powerful and easy to use, but leaked through the shower screen, and the bath was super slippy to stand in (as was the floor once the shower had leaked on it). We were only given two bath towels for a four person room and couldn't get in contact with anyone in the evening for more. Some of the reception staff were excellent in person, they couldn't do enough to help and advise us both before and during our stay. However, our attempts to call down to reception went unanswered on every one of the three separate occasions we tried to speak to someone (to ask for towels, a menu, and report broken air con). One woman on reception was dismissive of our inquiries for a room service menu and when we went down to ask in person. The windows did not open and the climate control was broken. As mentioned, no one answered when we called down to report it. When I reported it on check out, I was told the air con could be quite hard to use and set, even though I know I had set it correctly and the issue was there was no cool air and no fan. It was annoying to be implied to be too stupid to use it, when it was broken.

Excellent hotel, we ate in the restaurant food is great, we had the chicken tikka as starter and that was really good, attention is great, staff are so friendly, only think get another draft beer as madri is not the best one, drinking in plastic cup is not great too when we are drinking procceco, but the rest was amazing, comfy bed, big rooms, I will come back for big events in there

Room and facilities were excellent but issue at check in when we were told our room had been cancelled which it had not, eventually sorted but given a double room instead if twin which was booked as 2 friends travelling. Restaurant had just opened day we visited and were not prepared, delays of 90mins from ordering to food arriving.
