Great location, nice hotel with great breakfast. More than compete! Very friendly staff. Our room felt a bit old. But it was clean enough. Maybe the bathroom could have been better cleaned. The small fridge was a bit noisy at times. I'd definitely stay there again.

AC doesn’t work

The AC kept turning into a heater a night. It would start out blowing cool and then in the middle of the night you would wake up drenched in sweat with it blowing loads of hot air. Everything in the room was very basic - does not even come with lotion or a coffee maker.

Sketchy location but good inside.

The location of the hotel was a bit odd, although it was close to the Hammersmith tube station which worked well. It didn’t feel walker friendly as there are lots of roads intersecting near and around the hotel but I managed. Good news is that there is a taxi queue right outside which was convenient. The registration desk is on the first floor not the street level ground floor which can cause confusion. The sleeping rooms are basic but the bed was very comfortable. Food from the restaurants and room service was quite good as well.

A disgrace to the Novotel brand

A disgrace to the Novotel brand, I’ve been to other Novotels and this one is beyond horrible and has the worst service & rudest employees of any Novotel I have stayed at. Inadequate service, failed to deliver simple requests to rooms, segregated treatment of customers and lazy & rude management with zero consideration for acceptable communication. Stay at another Novotel, this one is beyond horrible.

Good location, few minutes walk from Hammersmith tube station. We had a room towards the central courtyard so it was no noise from traffic. Good selection in the breakfast. Carpets were a bit worn, but for London this is quite standard. Would return again
