The shower gel was empty, the tap looked like it hadnt been cleaned for at least 3 months, the bedroom lamp was filthy, the plug socket was loose, the scrambled eggs were watery snd tasteless and thevsausage and bacon was cold. Very disappointed

used this hotel in Wembely for a show just around the corner, room was clean and comfy heating worked a treat. staff seemed frendly, only minus point would be the TV, as signal was weak picture kept freezing. would use again.

Room was clean but did find hair on bed side table. Air conditioning must have been broken as it was boiling hot in spite of me reducing the thermostat down! Sweated all night and was very uncomfortable. Shower didn’t have shower gel filled up. Also shower head had a mind of its own and kept turning to the wall. There was scaffolding erected at the back of the hotel and this affected the quality of reception on TV also workmen started bright and early before 8am hammering. On check in staff couldn’t put my sister and I on the same floor in spite of me making this booking 10 months in advance and checking in 24 hours before. I had two rooms booked under my name so they were well aware.

Shambles of a stay. Key card had to be reprogrammed three times. WiFi didn’t work which meant missing meetings and deadlines. There were beetles running about on the stairwell. No shower gel in the bottle. Breakfast very poor for £21. Hotel is desperate for renovation. Stayed here several times for the convenience of location but won’t be back after this.
