Disapointed...

Disapointed with our second stay. The room was dusty and furniture falling apart. No refill of either coffe or tee in the room and dirty dishes were left. Don't bother having a coffee station in the room if it is not updated. We will not visit again

I didn't have heat for 3 of the 5 days I was there. Some of the front desk staff were helpful. I had to request certain services more than once which was annoying on vacation. I picked this hotel because I thought it would be safe for a woman of color and solo traveler. The area was ok.
