The ac didn’t work - no one helped us with our bags or arranging transport to the airport when we had to get there early. There was also marks on the wall next to the bed that looked like blood and the room was very small. Not like our usual 5 star experience at all.

Great location for Tube access. Hotel is in need of some TLC and is showing its age. Room was generally clean but trash can had not been emptied from prior guests and found trash on floor.

The property boasts an extremely convenient location, being a short walk from the underground station, and is notably safe and quiet. While the interior and facilities are outdated, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions. We definitely recommend staying here.

Quick Stay In London

As someone who has never been to the UK, this was a nice hotel to grt calmy acquainted with it. No noise, no danger, and I learned a lot about the casual lifestyle of Londoners. The front desk was quick and helpful, the cleaning staff were polite, and the internet was easy to access and fast. I stayed for five nights with no problems! If you're coming from America, one thing to note is that there aren't any ice machines or water fountains in this hotel. But everything else is in tip top shape!

Very nice and safe location. The staff were great especially Yuri and Amira at the front desk. The room was large enough but many things didn’t work good or worked at all such as the AC in our room. We liked it well enough to stay there again.

The property needs some updates-- drainage in the bathroom sink, television screens not showing pictures clearly. We had mainly do not disturb sign, but the days we didn't, I am not sure if the room was "cleaned" up effectively-- the garbage didn't come out, the shower gel (3 of us shared the room) was not refilled and etc. Besides the actual property, the location is great-- close to the underground train station, bus line and other restaurants in the area.
