Lotsnof hiccup during this stay

Our check in was initially challenging with the front desk person being rude and very unpleasant to interact with. First he didn't want to even help when we checked if our room was ready because we arrived a bit early. When he finally gave us the room, he didn't give us a map to the area, and sent us to an outside building, telling us to just ask security outside for direction. When we got into the room, the shower handle was broken, our 3rd bed was not made even though we had a reservation for 3. and the room looked outdated. So we went back and spoke to a manager, fortunately he was a much nicer and professional individual. He changed the room , gave us an upgrade and apologized for the unfortunate experience. While in the new room, my son took a shower and the water wouldn't go down the tub and we had to call management to come and fix it. Initially we kept calling the front desk from the room multiple times and noone picked up the phone. I had to head down tto the front desk and saw the workers just there and they never picked up the phone.

I heard good reviews about this property before I got to the property. Even my uber driver from the airport was singing their praises and they definitely didn’t fall short. They accommodated my early arrival and when I had issues with my room, Bunmi especially was there to help and very swiftly if I may add. I ended up extending my stay because I had such a comfortable and splendid time. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!!!!

Comfortable hotel. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was a little warm for my liking and there were some very young people running up and down the corridor late at night making a lot of noise which was irritating.

Fairest description of room would be ‘tired’ although pretty dirty in places. Shower barely worked, no shower gel at all and still not replaced second night. Overzealous security staff quizzing you every time you return to the hotel. There’s better hotels, cheaper and more centrally located.

Just fine I’d say. Pretty standard London chain hotel, not terrible but not amazing. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and provided a decent night’s sleep but the shower was terrible, like just a dribble in desperate need for updating
