The area where my room was smelt really bad including my room. However, the bedding was fresh and the bed was reasonabley comfortable. The room looked mostly clean. It was all tired and very shabby and it smelt so bad!

Good location and parking a bonus, we were able to check in at 11 which was a huge bonus for us. Hotel and rooms are tired but we got what we paid for I felt.

Room was for 3 people, beds were comfortable, room was huge, bathroom door was difficult to close. The cups for a cup of tea should of been bigger the cups were tiny. Overall I was happy with the room and where it was in relation to the Wembley arena where we were going.

Not clean, bathroom broken and room very dated but it was very cheap so you get what you pay for. Not for the faint hearted. Reception desk is behind plastic panels to protect the staff. Wouldn’t go back but again, it was very cheap.

Mattress wasn't the beds light shade on bedside lamps broken could do with a revamp but for a cheap hotel for venue near by was the cheapest choice probably won't stay again. Friendly staff

Hotel room was very smelly, the inside lock wouldn’t work when door was closed, The reception and dining smaller bad, the breakfast also looked dried out, they helped me with a charger as I couldn’t find mine for my phone,they said they would charge my phone for me behinde the bar, I left it there for half an hour and they forgot to switch the actual plug on, I didn’t have time to wait, had to leave

The staff were extremely unhelpful and uncooperative. It was very rude. The bathroom was covered in marks and the bath had what looked to be excrement remains in. The beds weren’t very comfortable. No fridge. No real storage. The corridors stink of smoke. Worst hotel experience ever.

Room was ok, could do with modernising, Bed mattress was hard I felt like I was sleeping on wood, pillows so thin it took 4 pillows to make one comfy one, breakfast was ok, could do with better quality ingredients for the price we paid, The reception staff were good, the breakfast staff were a little awkward in they would stand by doors and the food counter staring at us and other guests.
