The couch was broken and not usable. The washing machine really didn't clean the clothes well, very musty smell coming from the machine and kitchen sink. Was not able to put detergent in properly because washing machine was installed improperly. There was a hole in the wall next to the bed in one of the bedrooms. Something might have died in the wall because it smelled very badly. Plates/pans and utensils had to be washed before use. The wire to hair dryer was frayed. All this for $462 per night. And we were told it was this expensive because we were in London and a 15 minute taxi to Wimbledon. Owner switched our rental location the day of arrival and did not inform us of the switch until we asked why a different address. So what we thought we were renting was in fact not the same place. Disappointing to say the very least. We were ripped off.

We were told it was a two bed arrived to a one bed. Bathroom not clean wet towels in the washing machine no daily cleaning as advertised. The iron tripped the switch.Following morning the kettle tripped the switch. Wouldn’t inspire confidence in the electrics. Hall door from the street was unlocked at all times. Railings were falling off the walls on stairs. Lock on Apartment door falling off. Also very noisey as its on a main road.

Appartamento molto bello pulito e ben tenuto. La fermata del bus è sotto casa,la fermata della metropolitana di Tooting Bec si trova a 50 metri. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

ne recommande pas

trés déçu de la qualité de cet appartement et du personnel, je me suis fais raccroché au nez par la dame, pour avoir les infos afin de récupérer les clés, à la limite de l'insolence! c'est la femme de ménage qui me les a remis en contre partie des frais de ménages qui ne sont pas compris dans la réservation, c'est vraiment du n'importe quoi! La qualité de l'appartement est vraiment bas de gamme, la salle de bain est très petite, du dépôt de calcaire et de rouille sur les robinetteries et une odeur d'humidité, c'est vraiment désagréable! je ne recommande pas du tout cet appartement.
