I noticed the 1 star review a week before we were due to arrive, so got me worried. Didn’t notice any of the bad points on the review when we stayed. Yes you couldn’t get out the back door but it was for emergency use only and led to a fire escape (I guess the previous reviewers were smokers and couldn’t be bothered to walk down a flight of stairs). 8 of us stayed, worked well as we had a wedding 15 min walk away. Great location for food and stations/tubes. 3 couples and two lads shared the sofa bed. Only one bathroom but we worked around it. Overall pretty happy with the flat and priced we paid.
Collection of keys was very straightforward. Although it was noted that there were various properties, would have helped to know in advance exactly where we were staying as we ended up quite far away from the tube station, which was difficult with kids.
Property was modern and reasonably clean. Had a musty smell and all windows had been left opened when we arrived.
Plenty to do around but as I say, not great if you have kids and need to be closer to key transport links.

Not as described
The apartment was tatty. The table was broken, the dining chairs were broken, there was no key for the back door, the duvets were ripped - overall the apartment was very tired and was not up to the standard expected. As 3 professional people who booked the apartment to attend an exhibition at Excel it really didn't provide the quality and comfort expected considering the price we paid to rent. Pictures are not a true reflection of the actual apartment. Will not be using this apartment again.
Tricky finding the place as the key pick up is at a different location. (I should have read the fine print on key collection point) Location is great. Box Park is great for alternative food choices.
Had a lovely stay.

There is no AC in the room and not the same address as advertised.
The apartment is really nice and clean but in a country where winter is on for almost 4 months but nonhot water is very depressing. The shower curtain doesnt go all the way down so it makes a lot of water on the floor. The blind doesnt go all the way to the right. There was only 1 folk. The button to operate the stove keeps going off. The towels were so small. The check in office is way too far from the apartment. Very disappointing for guests to walk in the rain and cold after long flights. Must have a trf van on stand by to

The apartment was 15 mins walk away from where it was advertised (in the wrong direction). The area wasn't nice and the apartment was located next to a busy main road so was impossible to sleep
I don't understand at all the positive reviews for London Centre Apartments. The place we stayed at, specifically Flat 5, Superior 2B at Eagle Works West, is nothing as advertised. Our apartment had so many issues I don't even know where to begin. The heater / timer was broken so we had no consistent hot/warm water to shower properly. We called the apartment office but they were of no help and never called back to follow up. There are serious design flaws in the shower and sink in one of the bathrooms, resulting in water on the ground every time we use the shower and the sink. The shower head holder bracket was broken. Most disgustingly, we found blood-engorged bed bugs on one of the beds, where our kids slept, confirming that the apartment has not been properly cleaned and maintained. In fact, it had a very strange, musky odor. There was no shampoo in the bathrooms and no laundry detergent for the washer/dryer. And finally, you could hear the train passes by every few minutes throughout the night, so sleeping was difficult. The only positive I could point out is the location: the apartment is close to the Liverpool and Aldgate East Underground Stations and there are many decent Indian restaurants and grocery stores/supermarkets within walking distance on Brick Lane.
Lovely apartment with some really nice restaurants close by. 5 minutes walk from Tower Hill tube station which was perfect.
Some items in the apartment were a little worn/lived in but nothing too troubling. The smoke alarm was covered by a bag which did alarm me - no pun intended. Not sure if that was the previous guests or a simple oversight from the cleaners.
Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and so did my friends.
Excellent accomodation with good facilities. Check in could be streamlined a bit as The key pick up is some distance from the actual flat making it difficult when walking with a number of suitcases
We booked this apartment on line thinking it was near a tube station and going by the photos they had posted, apartments looked clean and of good standard. Once we had paid online the site flicked to a page to tell us where to collect our key,we would then be told our apartment location. Felt nervous as no idea where our apartments located and needed be close to tube. An email was sent to make sure we were in the same complex but I never received a reply. On arrival we discovered our apartments were just off brick lane. This was fine as we don't mind interesting areas. Staff said its only a short walk away (with all our baggage), It took us at least 20 minutes in the heat. Brick lane was in full swing and the roads were littered with rubbish, squashed food & vomit - great To drag luggage through! Staff could have told us to get a cab it would have made arrival experience better. We found our apartment had been cleaned but stunk of rubbish from the previous tenants. The floor was sticky, I phoned for it to be re-cleaned. The power kept flicking off and we had to keep resetting it. They sent an electrician (who was very nice) to fix the problem. The power went off again that night and literally all week. They couldn't fix it. They offered to move us right up top floor after 3 days but no aircon in any of apartments ( hot) so we just put up with it and used wall lamps which worked. Be warned!! No aircon, no lifts( not told this) no power, would not use LCA again. very disappoint
modern , clean, new building , Location and room sizes were good

Bad experience. not same location as advertized
No chance staying 2nd time. I booked somewhere else & was sent somewhere else I wanted to be close to White-chapel but was sent somewhere else far. Also website mentioned Elevator access but didn't find it & 4th fl requested a lower floor they said no. very difficult time with 14 bg & 7 Hb. It was hectic. The hallway light never worked, used cellphone instead. The WIFI was bad & slow. I complaint abt the wifi they said they will report it but I needed at that time once I am gone no use. I think they keep saying that to everyone. No room svc was available Crazy. Overall NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. After my stay I sent them an email complaining and they said SORRY. I told them I deserved more than a sorry but they said that is it. sorry. Lastly, I feel they should have had a little more information about the discounts on London attractions. For example if u buy any kind of a small journey on London nation rail you will be allowed to buy tickets 2 for 1. If I knew that I would have paid half of $500. Anyway, I feel I should have gotten a little better place for 3 night $710. L Well never again.
