I have stayed here a few times and it’s always been a good experience . The rooms are quiet and clean and the breakfast buffet is great . I would recommend saying here . Plus it’s right by the park royal tube station

We can't say enough about the staff. We went straight there from the airport, before guests from the night before had even finished breakfast, hoping to just drop off our bags, and instead we were able to check in immediately! That extra shower before hitting the town was a life-saver. When we got back that afternoon, we discovered that the AC wasn't functioning, and another manager relocated us to a room with functioning AC. The rooms are small but sufficient, and the proximity to an Underground station is so convenient.

Good choice for Wembley.

Reason for choosing hotel is near Wembley stadium. Can walk from Wembley though just over an hour. Well serviced by buses to stadium. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean, modern and well kept. Room and facilities good. Comfortable bed.

Shocking night

I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below the standard I have come to expect, especially as a returning guest. Due to a delayed train from Manchester, we arrived late into Euston at around 12am. While we were already exhausted from the journey, our hopes of getting some rest were completely dashed by loud music that continued throughout the night. It was near impossible to sleep, which made for a very uncomfortable and frustrating stay. To make matters worse, although we paid for a Queen room, we were given what appeared to be a small double with a sofa bed – definitely not what we booked or expected. This added to the overall sense of dissatisfaction and poor value for money. Having stayed at your hotel before, I was genuinely shocked by the decline in both the quality of the room and the service provided. This experience was, quite frankly, ridiculous – and extremely disappointing. I would appreciate a response regarding this matter, and some form of compensation would be appropriate given the circumstances.
