Basic hotel, basic room, great for just a simple nights stay. No onsite parking, nearest place is £16 for the night in a secure car park

The system is flawed so if you experienced any glitches between webpages and even when you put information in and you click to book it can change for example as it did mine the date have it booked and then make it irreversible to put it back thus leaving you paying a fine and then making double the money just to get the original booking sorted

It is very close to Easy Croydon station with a Sainsburys local near by, so it was perfect for a night stay before flying out early the next day from Gatwick. The room was however a bit basic, hair dryer to be requested from reception and no kettle in case you want to make a drink. Room was good and it was comfortable. The building was a bit old but the interior is not bad at all.

A hotel that isn't safe nor practical for guests

When we checked in we paid the extra £20 to check-out at 13:00, however the front-desk staff coded our key cards to expire at 11:00. We were asleep in the morning with the room door dead-bolted, however to my horror the housekeeping lady's access card had the dead-bolt override flag set to yes. This allowed her to let herself in at 10:50 in the morning despite our check-out time extended to 13:00. This is a security breach as dead-bolt override key cards are normally only used by hotel security staff. On the surface, the prices always seem lower than other places; however there are catches. For starters, the check-out time is 10am and extending that costs £20. There is then an additional £5 charge for luggage storage. Once all's added up, it works out better to stay somewhere else.

Almost killed!

I booked an access room for me in the wheelchair user friend, there was no room beside either side of the bed for his wheelchair the red chord in the bathroom were tied off and the supports the shower came out the wall when he was showering causing him to injure himself, luckily I was there otherwise he might have died in that hotel room needless to say the easy hotel is anything but easy please avoid like the plague pay the extra and book somewhere decent
