The worst hotel I ever stayed in! The first room the shower drain had been removed and shower had mold in the drain and on the walls. Then “upgraded” to a “better” room. The shower drain was very, very slow and needed repair. Bath room flooded when shower door was opened. Complained to the front desk two days in a row, was told somebody would be up to repair, no one ever came up to repair.
Then we did not have wash cloths in the bathroom, when inquired to get them, was told they don’t have wash cloths. Was told to use towels to wash face. Grout missing in tile floor.
Room was well worn, and depart needs updating.
When selecting this hotel it was rated 4 stars, should be rated minus 5 stars.
This hotel should refund my money!
Do not recommend this hotel to anybody!
