A fab hotel

Very clean. Parking a bonus. Very close to Heathrow terminal 4. Really good breakfast with lots to choose from. Wonderful staff. Comfortable room with quiet air conditioning.

Lovely hotel…but the swimming pool area-mirrors need cleaning was very dirty Lovely hot sauna hot tub and pool Nice room with a free upgrade too which was lively as my son loves planes and we had a nice runway view which was great!

Very efficient Check-in, quiet, clean room. Room a bit small but big enough for a one night stay. Only one chair and bed a bit too firm for us. Underground car park is secure but spaces a bit small for large SUV.

Bland. An airport hotel underneath the take off runway and next to a huge busy road so very noisy outside but you hardly notice the noise inside. Saving grace is the swimming pool. It's cheap and very convenient for the tube station. Took under 10nmins to be at check in for terminal 2

Great stay in a hotel that is conveniently located close to the subway, only few stations away from Heathrow if you have an overnight stay and want to be by the airport. Easy to get into London city center by tube and overall very pleasant and good value.

Great value w/ leisure facilities near heathrow

This place is great if you need a hotel near Heathrow and you want to work out: good gym and excellent sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and pool. Comfy bed.

Best Avoided!!

Really bad smell of damp in rooms. Strange for a relatively new building. Lots of staff who didn't seem to know what they are doing. Clearly new staff around who were being talked down too in front of guests in a manner I can only describe as down right rude, abysmal treatment. Served a warm pint of lager in the bar and their offer to make up for it was a free half pint Service charge in cafe for buying bottles of water is an absolute liberty tbh. Stayed in many hotels around LHR and this was first time going to Atrium and I wont be back. My advice is avoid and find somewhere else in the vicinity.

I liked the location and the staff. What I struggled with was the pool time was limited for kids and I wish I knew that before booking because I would have chosen another location that is more family friendly. Also our view was of the garbage area - so that was unpleasant. However the staff were very kind.
