We stayed in a family room at the Atrium the night before flying out for an international return trip to the US after a two week trip to Europe. The room and facilities were quite literally the best we stayed in on the entire trip. There were four separate twin beds in a huge room, and they were (finally!) soft and cool with great linens. The air conditioning was wonderful, and the views were pretty decent though it’s a warehouse area close to Heathrow. The room was extremely quiet due to being soundproofed with a huge air gap between the glass panes, so you couldn’t hear street traffic. I can see why air crew would want to stay there. There was a nice restaurant on site, that served multiple international options of dishes for a diverse crowd. The breakfast buffet was inexpensive, quick, and well worth purchasing upon check-in. The indoor pool and spa were a wonderful bonus, and my kids enjoyed that immensely! And there are adult-only hours for the pool as well, to ensure relaxation. The hotel was directly across from the tube stop for a quick 10-min ride to Heathrow. I can see why this would be an aircrew favorite. Highly recommended!

Rubbish service

The hotel it's self is fine but the staff lack training and we had terrible service in the restaurant. Orders were wrong, there was a lack of understanding of the basics of customer service. The buffet breakfast was also terrible, coffee machines were rubbish and the tea was tasteless. The restaurant food was hot and tasted good but this was the only good point for the two evening meals we had. I would not stay here again and definitely would not tell anyone else to stay.

Stayed here one night on arriving into Heathrow. Perfect for this purpose. Underground from terminals to across the road from hotel. Room is very quiet and ‘interior’ - great for resetting body clock after international flight. Spacious room, breakfast good, pool great. This worked well for us at a reasonable price.

One night summer break

Modern looking hotel opposite Hatton Cross underground station, ideally located for Heathrow airport, I stayed for plane spotting, within walking distance to Myrtle Avenue spotting point. Fully air conditioned throughout, indoor pool with leisure centre, nice buffet breakfast.
