disappointing experience with Novotel

was unfortunately sick and unable to travel. tried to contact hotel to let them know, no answer direct number and central line said to contact direct. So was unable to sort anything prior to arrival. when I finally got in touch with hotel, they said nothing they were willing to do in terms of rescheduling or refunding. won't be using again (not that it'll matter to them, just thought they could do better as a big corporation)

Had an issue with my room where the window wouldn't close properly, so I had to move to a different room. The toilet door in the second room wouldn't close because of a broken lock. disappointed that there is no water in the room.
