Staff were very friendly & attentive. Room was ready early so we given keys earlier than planned which was brilliant. Room was modern & clean, Beatles themed of course. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is very central which is great for shopping, food etc but was a bit noisy on a night (we stayed Sat night). My only criticism is that the bathroom was very small (shower screen would not open as right next to the sink) and some of the general fixtures needed attention but other than that an overall good hotel.

Outside signage needs to be better, a small flag waving in the breeze high up is not easy to see. For a hotel catering to Beatles fans who are now in 70’s, 3 ft high tubs to climb in without any grab bars is difficult. Breakfast buffet area needs better arrangement as did not even see small sign leading to another room with hot food section of buffet. Beatles memorabilia and music excellent.

Everything about this hotel is perfection! Things our second stay here from visiting from the states! It is a wonderful location, close to the cavern (must see) and museums

We got room 305 that it was extremely noisy at night time due to the outside party atmosphere, there should be triple glass windows, as there is no way to get to sleep and the noise goes on about after 2 Am. We requested to be put in a different area of the hotel, less noisy but the staff could not accommodate our request. Understandable that being next to the cavern area can be loud, but one needs rest also and the hotel should take this into account to make guests experience more relaxed.

The hotel was really nice but our room was ridiculously noisy until 3am from then bars on Mathew street then at 6 am they started emptying the bottle bins

The staff was so friendly. They upgraded our rooms and stored our luggage after checking out. The Beatles theme is so fun. Just around the corner to the Cavern which was fun. It was also an easy walk to the Magical Mystery Tour bus. Would definitely recommend.
