2 hours waiting to be picked up at the airport. Taxis wont go to this airpot because its too near to the airport. Theres a free airport bus that goes to wakiki beach regularly. Should have stayed there. The bus only picks people up when its called.. i dont have a working sim and even after i called they said it would be 20 minutes but it took 30 minutes to arrive. The bus from the hotel to the airport was also a terrible experience its small, cant fit everyone on and then people fight to get onto the bus. The hotel is old and and run down. There is no doubble glazing glass on the windows. The beds are old hard and have grooves from over ware. The water pressure in the shower is very low. The bar only serves one type of whiskey. They charge $500 if you smoke in the hotel. This hotel Totally ruined my stay in Hawaii

I was a bit disappointed to find out that I wasn’t able to enjoy the kamaaina prices for the amenities fee as well as the parking fee because I had booked through Expedia. I hope that is hawaii residents can have the opportunity to utilize our kamaaina discount when we book.

Great location!

It is the third time we stayed and it was wonderful. Great service and pool was awesome! Housekeeping was efficient when we needed towels. Love this hotel, the price and great for getting everywhere without the traffic and crowded streets in Waikiki.

Shuttle is a shocker and not reliable after a long flight. The staff were poor and didn’t want to be there. For an airport hotel there should be food and drink options available for late arrivals.
