Our room was “upgraded” to be immediately above the restaurant which was SO loud at night through the restaurant closure at 11pm. The shower was awful, the bathroom had no vent fan. There was dirt/sand on the edges of the bathroom when we checked in and was there throughout our stay. We were charged $2 cash-only per bag to store them after our multi-hundred dollar stay. Our room got “refreshed” but the only thing they did was replace our towels. Tbh overall disappointed.

The room was excellent along with the valet staff was amazing. The downfall was the staff at breakfast service at the deck restaurant, they were slow and unattentive. I had to get up multiple times to ask for more coffee and water as the wait staff was conversating instead of taking care of the customers. For those high prices, better service is expected. The pool need better maintenance and attention to the hotel guests.
