We had a club room which included breakfast and happy hour food and drinks. This turned out to be a great option. The hotel was well positioned in Waikīkī with direct access to the beach and located in the heart of shopping and restaurant district. Only reason I didn’t score higher was that their fitness room was closed until further notice.

Check-in and check-out very easy with professional staff. The room was spotless, and the amenities were great … especially the beach tote and water bottles you can fill at select locations. Great Location to shopping and restaurants. And Best of All Waikiki Beach meets Pacific Ocean!!!

Best hotel on the beach imo. There is some construction that is a bit noisy during daytime and some water outages. Also the hotel used to have surf racks, now it’s much more complicated as they removed them and the boards pile into a storage room. All in all still great.

First time in Hawaii and we could not have asked for a better experience. The location was amazing as well as the atmosphere. The true stand out was the staff. Not only were they accommodating they were very enthusiastic to ensure we had the best possible vacation. Highly recommend the vow renewal offered by the resort ! It was something we will never forget . Highly recommend this resort .

For the price we paid I expected this resort to be much more upscale. Carpets soiled, furniture nicked and scratched, wallpaper opening at the seams. Only really great thing was the incredible views from the awesome balcony. Room was clean and comfortable. Charged us additional $60 per day resort fee that was basically for pool towels. Fitness center was closed for renovations and extra charged for beach chairs and umbrella.

Staff were excellent, location is excellent, amenities on-site are excellent. Only drawback is the room itself was quite dated, carpet worn, some water stains in the ceiling. We also had a recurring issue with the hot water in the shower which was never really resolved.
