40% of the staff at this hotel should quit - they are disgruntled $75 to park a car is scandalous plus a $55 resort fee is an insult $800 for 2 adults and 2 kids for the luau The hotel is under construction The second floor of the fist tower is deserted and creepy If only JW Marriott could see this place he’d be ashamed Skip this place - it’s the epitome is corporate greed Wonder what they will charge for next - sitting in the lobby $25 dollars, talking to the sleepy Bonvoy “coordinators” $30, wet towels that will be $20 Skip this place - it’s the epitome of corporate greed

The staff at the Kuhio Grill breakfast buffet was excellent, great service, attentive and really friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Definitely will be back and highly recommend.

This is a really nice hotel. The room was great. The view of diamond head was really nice. The breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. You have to be careful about the beachfront area because it's walled in with rocks, and it accumulates jellyfish. It's better to go down the street and use the more open public beach. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, and don't want to break the bank, this is a good option.
