Our check in is as not warm and welcoming like it was advertised. Room was not cleaned daily. First night dogs were barking and kept us up all night. Did not receive the free bag and chocolate as advertised. No were to sit on the beach. The VIP lounge was not as great as advertised food was mid to poor and breakfast only had a couple options with water and one juice option. Not worth what I paid. Other hotels gave holiday ornaments at Christmas on the door at Christmas. This hotel did nothing at Christmas for there guests. Felt it was a big money grab

Mary was a great host as part of the service team on my floor. Always full of great advice with a great helpful attitude. We were only there for four days, but she knew my name in the hall every time.

I really like this place. The hotel is situated in Waikiki and is easy access to all the shops, beaches , and wonderful food that O’ahu has to offer. You can park easily with valet and they have a Monkeypod as their restaurant. What an amazing view of diamond head. They have a small beach , I remeber it has been larger , Mother Nature has her ways. The morning sunrise and sunset from the breakwall is beautiful. Easy to get to right off the back steps of the hotel. It’s actually kinda private now. Fort Derusey is on the right so you can head down to the Hale Koa and the other big hotels and the Alamoana Shopping Center is a 20 minute walk. The Hotel is clean, the staff is very nice , the doormen, housekeeping , and all the staff are polite and helpful. The Concierge and desk staff go out of their way to give good suggestions a out the area , they make it very easy to check in/ out and any other needs I had.. 5 stars to them as well. We will be back. Take advantage of the food offers.. just a suggestion. It helps on the budget . The room was

Valet service staff were extremely helpful and informative, and maid service was amazing, especially Jenny. The restaurants were delicious! Location was outstanding with a beautiful beach front and an easy walk to downtown. Would 100% stay here again!

Hotel is located on the beach. Even at full capacity the beach wasn’t too busy. More space here than the hotels on the busier section of the beach. We will come back to stay here again.

Very clean room, nice staff, and excellent restaurants on site. We ate at the Monkeypod Restaurant a couple of times, thanks to Expedia’s Breakfast Vouchers! I’m so happy that we used these vouchers because the breakfast was the BEST that we had during our visit to Waikiki. I highly recommend this resort due to the facilities, and direct access to the beach!

Positives -All staff were wonderful. -Water bottles will access to cool water was available. -Location was central and walkable -The room itself was OK; rare for there to be 3 queen beds in one room. -Swimming pool was nice Minor negatives -There was a constant buzzing noise at night. -The room was clean but there was a fake plant near the bathroom counter top was dirty. -The air con is very loud.
