Rick at the front desk was the best! This is our favorite place to stay in Waikiki. Monkey Pod on the premises is great. Breakfast at Monkey Pod is superb (coffee is delicious). Also, ABC Store on site is super convenient. Beach is easy access. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops in the Waikiki area. Highly recommend.

Rooms are neglected! Sink wasn’t draining properly. Carpet was destroyed and kids were always stepping on the tackstrip. The pool?!? Why would you make it 9 ft deep?? Not worth with little kids. Wouldn’t come back.

Where do I begin! The hotel was so friendly and courteous. The hotel was clean we had a house keeper named Bonnie he was so nice and helpful. The restaurant was good and great service. The hotel is located near everything! You can walk to any restaurant or beach. The only thing is there is no chairs available for guest on the beach. I will be back!!!

Resort open and “airy”. Room spacious, modern, clean and gorgeous view. Close to everything and easy to access. Monkeypod on site and the other bar had great ribeye steak. All staff helpful and courteous

We had an awesome view but was disappointed that there were no dressers to put our clothing in. The staff was great especially our housekeeper. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. There was a perfect niche in the room for the coffee pot but it was just an empty space. It would be a great place to have a countertop for the coffee. There was electricity as well as an overhead light to see. We used our tray in the room and set our coffee pot on it and it worked wonderfully.

The beach was underwhelming. The maid service left dirty dishes, didn’t refresh the toilet try kits, the shower dirty and the shower gels empty. Hot tub jets did not work in one. The voyager lounge access literally had to fight off birds while trying to eat.ohband the service at monkey pod was poor. Finally got a good one on the last day. Too expensive for this price point. All that said. Staff super friendly and helpful

We upgraded at a discount to a corner beach tower eighth floor room (816). It was spectacular. Very nice hotel overall. Small beach but not crowded like Waikiki.
