The hotel room we were given consistently had an unpleasant smell, similar to a toilet or nearby drainage system. The shower head was constantly dripping, and the hot–cold mixer tap in the shower was not functioning properly. The family room felt very cramped once the furniture was in place. Breakfast was the same menu every day, with no local Balinese fruits included. There were only a few food varieties daily, which were quite limited. Overall, this experience did not meet five-star standards, especially when compared to our many years of staying in similar category hotels across different countries. Although the hotel building itself is old, it requires better maintenance, and several appliances should be upgraded to improve the overall quality and guest experience.

Amazing hotel. All the staff are very helpful and incredibly happy to greet you and assist in any way they can. Our room was maintained daily with no issues. Breakfast was a huge buffet which always offered something for everyone's taste. We've been there twice and will return again. Thank you for the memories Hotel Paradiso ❤️

Left at the airport for 1.5 hours. no communication for pickup. Rang the hotel at the airport and the phones had been disconnected. I tried multiple times and so did other people. The date was the 6th of Feb. Need a decent coffee machine.

Room 162 has leak the whole time i was there. Water dripping from the ceiling,the water in the sink does not go down right away,hot shower gets hotter and hotter the longer it use. Yet this hotel says 5 star it’s more of 3 star. Old structure hotel. The only best part is the breakfast was great. I told the concierge twice about the leak,i told the cleaning person twice about the leak put note right where the leak coming from and just keep saying it fix then they have a nerve to rush us to check out when no one apologize to us for the inconvenience. Then i book a specific spot by the swimming pool for my nephew birthday and last minute they give it to someone that book a cooking class without telling us and that made me angry. Then on their website it says “beach 5 min walk “ yeah not beach for swimming it’s for surfing it’s dirty and wave is strong. They should specify it the beach is only good for surfing. Very disappointed with hotel and we stayed 6 nights.
