She’s showing her age now and needs an upgrade as it was built in 1994. Other than that, excellent value for your money and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The staff are attentive and helpful too.

The property is in a fantastic position, with many options for dining, spa, massage, and shopping once outside. However, the resort rooms and garden (views and balcony) areas need care. The rooms look tired and well-worn. Access to the Kuta beach is close by and walking along the board in the morning is very pleasant. The resort is family-friendly and thepool and housekeeping staff are very happy to assist.

The hotel in general was grand. We were pleased to have received special accommodations. The buffet breakfast was wonderful with so many assortments of delicious foods. The location allows for access to the beach and the street life without having to go far.
