The Hotel grounds are beautiful however the rooms are tired and in desperate need of some renovation. The public toilet areas around the hotel are borderline disgusting the walls could benefit even from a wipe down with a cloth.
The staff were amazing! So friendly, helpful and professional. It's probably not the best for younger kids, more aimed mid teens and above. Great food 8n the restaurant. Highly recommended.
I had a more expensive Seaview room, with Large living space, huge comfortable bed, a/c, storage, fridge, kettle, great view looking over Kuta Beach, good wifi, quiet room. Very large variety buffet breakfast.
