Dear Anvaya Resort Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at Anvaya Resort. Our experience was extremely uncomfortable due to multiple issues that remained unresolved despite several complaints. The AC in our room did not work properly for the entire stay. Even after repeated requests, the problem was not fixed, and we were unable to sleep properly for three nights. In addition, there was a serious mosquito issue. Although staff assured us it would be resolved, the situation continued, and my child became sick from mosquito bites. We never opened the back door, yet the problem persisted, preventing us from enjoying the private pool. I also spoke with the Property Manager, Mr. Aditya, who acknowledged these issues and promised compensation. However, we have not received any follow-up or resolution. Considering the inconvenience and impact on our holiday, I kindly request appropriate compensation. I look forward to your prompt response.

Anvaya Resort was as advertised. A stunning, beautiful and tranquil resort located within steps of downtown Kuta main strip. The staff was friendly and professional and the free breakfast served many international offerings. If your locating for a resort that offers serenity in the middle of the city choose the Anvaya.
