A++ This is essentially a Temple Palace that guests can rent rooms and stay at. The rooms are clean and dry. exceptionally well appointed and safe. Staff are friendly and attentive, but never overly intrusive or bothersome. The hotel lobby bars, restaurants and cafes each have their own unique character and the food Is excellent! I loved the pool the most. There are 2 pools. One has a waterslide. The other is an infinity pool that is very spacious and has the ocean in front and the grand backdrop of the cascading terrace hotel behind. Security patrol the grounds and lifeguards patrol the pools making this safe for both adults and children. Highly recommend this place!

Too big and chaotic, we didn’t feel looked after. 2 sun loungers broke when we sat on them by the kids pool as the hinges were rusty. It was close to being a serious injury. Breakfast buffet was chaos, took ages to get anywhere as it’s so big. The pool was too hot, so couldn’t cool down apart from sitting in our dark room. The pillows were awful, flat as a pancake!

We came here for a long needed getaway with our family of 4. The service and food on this property was next level. We chose this hotel over the four seasons and ritz and were so glad we did. Beginning in the stunning lobby to the architectural spaces for all the restaurants, we felt like we were in a palace. Everything was tasteful yet elegant. Apurva Kempinski- hands down the BEST hotel I’ve stayed at. I don’t think any other place will come close to the service and luxury received here. Top-tier amenities. This hotel made 21 hours of flying worthwhile and was the best part of my Bali trip. Choosing to stay here was worth every penny! Aesthetic- it is no surprise that the hotel is resplendent! Its opulent entrance and architecture are breathtaking and luxurious. I could not get enough of the view. The rooms radiate magnificence, are spacious, and clean. Extra points for an ocean-facing room with a private pool. I was able to relax there with peace and privacy. Service was 10/10, unmatched, prompt, and efficient. The hospitality here was outstanding. We were always attended to and served with a smile on their face. Everyone was extremely respectful and courteous. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The food was delicious, and I observed remarkable food hygiene here. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and family. I hope I can come here again.
