Visited this lovely hotel on the last leg of our honeymoon Bali trip. Upon our arrival we were in awww of the drive up, simply stunning. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was large and spacious, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was nice. The view of the water was gorgeous. The breakfast was grand and had lots of choices. The restaurants were nice too, the beef burger from the reef is on point!! All in all it was an amazing end to our honeymoon. Thank you kempinski for the memories.

Architecture is really on another level, the property is gorgeous and magnificent. People who want to be on the gram can do so all day. Staff are very well-trained, polite and truly there to enhance your stay. Pool was very well designed, the U-shaped nooks let you have privacy at the large pool and made it feel like pools within a pool. The water slides were fun for kids and adults alike. Villa lounge for villas was great, easy check-in and gave you a bit of exclusivity. Gym was very expansive with views.

A++ This is essentially a Temple Palace that guests can rent rooms and stay at. The rooms are clean and dry. exceptionally well appointed and safe. Staff are friendly and attentive, but never overly intrusive or bothersome. The hotel lobby bars, restaurants and cafes each have their own unique character and the food Is excellent! I loved the pool the most. There are 2 pools. One has a waterslide. The other is an infinity pool that is very spacious and has the ocean in front and the grand backdrop of the cascading terrace hotel behind. Security patrol the grounds and lifeguards patrol the pools making this safe for both adults and children. Highly recommend this place!
