Rooms were good and spacious. The kids’ sofa bed is really only suitable for children up to around 7 years old — our 7-year-old just fit, with legs hanging slightly off the edge. The resort is easy to get around, the kids’ club was great, and breakfast had plenty of options. Beds could be more comfortable as they were quite hard, though that seems common in Bali. The kids absolutely loved the pool!

We stayed at the Ayodya Palace and found the room to be incredible- awesome coffee, balcony overlooking the green grounds, housekeeping daily was phenomenal especially decorating with balloons for Johns birthday- lovely surprise when we got back to the room, daily notes from hk and lots of care! The palace lounge was awesome- yum breakfast either buffet or menu and the servers were happy, helpful, caring, and so friendly. They helped us learn new words each day and always made sure we were taken care of.The canapes and cocktails in the evening were also yum and made for a great pause in our evening....relaxing and enjoyable. A special shout out to Desy who was 'in training' and already a fantastic server noticing what people needed and working so hard to meet all needs. She made our stay even more memorable! The palace pool was also a lovely space to swim and relax...away from crowds. We do not have anything negative to say...everyone we met was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Suksma! Truly, thank you for an incredible stay.

This was my second time at Ayodya Resort in 2 years & I do not regret the decision to stay at Ayodya one bit. The property is absolutely breathtaking, boasting authentic Balinese architecture throughout the resort. It has an old rustic charm with all the modern amenities and comforts. Staff is beyond helpful and courteous. The resort made my stay extra special by decorating my room with birthday balloons and flowers which was a complete surprise to me. Also delivered cake which made it even more enjoyable. I truely appreciate the thoughtfulness of the resort staff and would love to stay at Ayodya next time as well. 10 stars!

The resort is fabulous. All staff members are very friendly. Breakfast is amazing, with lots of options for all tastes, eggs cooked as you like. All areas are clean, the pools, restaurants, pool table area, and the gardens are well-maintained, really beautiful. The beach is beautiful and the water is clear, better than the beaches to the north (including Nusa Dua beach). We are a family of four and we booked two rooms. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The only issue we had was that water condensed on one of the walls, for some reason. The problem only happened in one of the rooms. We tried to troubleshoot the issue without success and we ended up with two dehumidifiers in the room to try to alleviate the issue, but didn't. The staff at the reception were polite and apologised for the discomfort, assuring us that the issue would be fixed soon. Despite that, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend the resort.

I got sick from something I ate or drank on property and couldn’t leave my room for 2 days. Facilities are old and rundown across the entire property. Power outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so I had to do my hair out in the hallway. The body lotion pump didn’t work and the lotion was nasty so bought my own. No power connections near bed so had to charge my phone across the room. Our friends suite had mouse poop all over it. They painted the room right before check in and it smelled like toxic turpentine. No water refill stations in the hotel so had to ask for new water bottles every single day. The spa was nice.

Service here is terrible. We stayed in the Palace. Breakfast food was great but after being there an hour on the second day I left without even seeing a menu let alone having an order taken. The strict no children policy was ignored to the point that at evening cocktails half of the tables had children. Even babies in high chairs etc. It was hard to get a table. It was hard to get cutlery. It was just hard. We went to the lounge on 5 occasions and ordered food and drink 19 times. 16 of those I had to go and find someone to order. When I went to reception to talk to the manager about the various breaches of Ayodya's own rules I was told that he wouldn't be available for over an hour as he was about to go on his break. Pretty much sums up my experience here. A shame it's a beautiful property.

Beautiful property! The garden’s pool and grounds are stunning. The entrance is just amazing. We were greeted with a beautiful gong! The beach is beautiful and the ocean is so clear. The only thing I didn’t like is the trash in the water and on the beach!

the staff was just incredible, so friendly and helpful, they were key on the success of our stay, the food was just delicious, and the hotel is gorgeous.

The Ayodya’s grounds are stunning. Unfortunately the rooms need a refresh and are tired and in my option not 5*. The breakfast is good and has a lot of options. The facilities are good but when we went the pool was not clean again not something I expect from a 5*. Location is great we enjoyed the courtesy bikes riding out to the blow hole a few rimes, the games by the beach and the beach area are superb. Food is very expensive in the hotel but there is a beach bar just next to the hotel on the beach that is very good food and reasonable

The spa is stunning and was a wonderful experience. The lands are well maintained and cared for. Beach has beautiful white sands, plenty of seating as well as food and beverage service. Highly enjoyed staying and would stay again

Did not get room with sunshine coming in, so balcony in the room was not pleasant to sit & relax as damp smell was continuous. Breakfast manager Mr Wianda was fantastic & looked after us very well being vegetarian.
