Unfortunately our experience in Hilton wasn’t the better, the first night we spent there I got bitten apparently by some bed bugs, although they checked the room and the beds “nothing was found” I got really “sick” had to visit the BIMC hospital cause the rash and everything worsen during our stay. The cleanliness of the bathrooms in the pool area was terrible. 3 bathroom and most of the time only one of them was working. The staff seems to be making you a favor when attending you in the beach or the pool area. They forget things, food range is poor and also it wasn’t that good. Couldn’t open the door of the balcony most of the time, it was stocked, they went to “fix it” but got back to be broken again. We had to be careful cause of the monkeys, so no use of the balcony anyways, not even to dry your towels or bathing suits. It’s hard to get transportation ( download the apps to get a cab) the atm didn’t work three times I intended to use. Not all the staff or course was apathetic, Surya from the swimming pool area was really nice, also the staff from the towels pool station. And some at concierge were nice too. Overall, I wouldn’t come back. Though the beach is nice and you can swim sometimes (depending on the sea level) … the rest makes you feel uncomfortable.
