We didn’t expect that!

Odin at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. She even accompanied us to the room which was quite a hike from the front desk. It’s a huge hotel complex with 9 buildings in a gated area. The place looks like one big park with walking/biking paths and shuttles to the beach. The breakfast was amazing with huge variety of food selection. Dinner items were very delicious and the staff so friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and it was a nice cap to our vacation in Bali.

The hotel was OK. Staff doesn’t speak much English so you have to make sure they understand you when you order drinks/food. It’s an older hotel and you can hear every sound in the corridor/next door. We had a room near the pool and were woken up twice at 6.30am. Once by a guy cutting trees!! Breakfast wasn’t anything special. Same thing each day. They provide a free shuttle to the beach or it’s a 20 minute walk. The sun lounges are nice, but the beach itself was very polluted. Lost if rubbish/plastic bottles near the water. You can walk to the Main street in les than few minutes. Gym was descent for a hotel gym!

Amazing place

It has always been amazing staying at Courtyard. Housekeeping made an excellent job. Special thanks to receptionist "Nopita" (sorry, not sure how spell her name) who made our check-in. She is amazing, lovely and professional, with always a smile in her face.

The resort is nice, location great but the service in all areas except reception was incredibly slow. We waited around 50 mins for food and a drink at one stage. Just completely unacceptable. Nearly every time we ate the food was cold especially at breakfast and the pool area. The women's toilet in the pool area was absolutely disgusting. Only one toilet open and blocked with poo, completely unhygienic. Very disappointed and will definately NOT be returning.

Puts me off staying there .I have already filled out two reviews accordingly and still the requests to review keep coming. I don't think I'll stay there again if this is what happens . Quiet safe area . Less shopping facilites and markets . Prices are fixed when shopping. Beach is walkable but would take a while . Shuttle available every hour . Very good breakfast . Don't like the squirrels coming down for food scraps . Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area is excellent .Rooms are very nice .clean but on the older side . If you want a more laid back style Nusa Dua is the place to be

I traveled with my two small children solo amd we had a great experience. We checked in late but the service remained exceptional. The buffet breakfast was amazing. The kids club was a plus as well. They also have a shuttle that will take you to the nearby beach.
