This is a decent good hotel, in the back of some abandoned buildings. Not really walkable to many areas, restaurants or the beach. But the hotel is clean, safe and there is a circle k nearby for drinks. The staff are very helpful, friendly, kind and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good and offered good variety while changing the breakfast content everyday. The pool and scenery of the hotel was very beautiful and relaxing. The pool was warm, empty and great for swimming. Me and my family had a wonderful experience here, thank you The Kana at Kuta Beach. The is also a good Chinese restaurant across from the hotel, that we finally found out about on our last night there. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that there is an abandoned building in the front of the hotel that isn’t appealing and the lunch and dinner at the hotel was not very good, other than that, it’s a fantastic hotel, and I have traveled to many places around the would and stayed at countless hotels. Just wanted you to know some pros and cons here. Also not very walkable to get around the area for sight seeing, you have to take transportation.

Young staff, clearly still new in the hospitality industry, however friendly and mostly accommodating when asked. Sadly, there’s a slight smell of mould anywhere you go, including the room, sheets, towels. The hotel is too calm, it’s actually quite boring, no entertainment, and the same elevator music played the entire time we were there. The pool is nice but not that clean when you get up close, the pool loungers are dirty and crawling with tiny insects, there are ants everywhere, tables and loungers. The pool towels, if unused are left outside by staff for days until they smell rotten. Actually, even the room towels and sheets appear clean but don’t feel or smell fresh. We’d lose power in our rooms for a few seconds, several times a day. Only the rooms are air conditioned, not the halls or anything else, so i hope you enjoy the fruit at the breakfast buffet with plenty of fruit flies…MOST IMPORTANTLY, first night here on our honeymoon, my husband’s gold necklace was snatched violently off his neck by 2 people on a motorcycle just 500 meters from the hotel. Not the hotels fault (although they were completely unhelpful thereafter) a week here we realized that Kuta is the ghetto of Bali. Please be safe, no valuables, carry only what you need, and keep your phones close to you. Walk against traffic.

Great value! Rooms are clean and up to date. Food is decent and along with the drinks, very reasonably priced. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I’d booked somewhere else in Kuta (Eden) but after digging deeper into the reviews, I’d realised there was something dodgy with its Star rating as the ones with actual stories to tell were negative and had pictures of the real room quality. The Kuna is genuinely lovely if you are looking for quality on a budget.

Love the Hotel, all the staff are all very friendly, the room was very clean with lots of space, it is a bit out of the way from town, but dont let that put you off as a taxi is only $3.00 and we never had to wait long for a Taxi, Reception will organise a Taxi for you, this place is amazing, you wont be disapointed, it is nice and quiet so you cant hear the traffic, we will be back next year. Thank you to all the lovely kind staff.

The property is clean and safe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is good but its easy and affordable to order takeaway. The property is exactly as the brochures and pictures show. I will definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Kuta. Plenty of shopping and dining options close.

I have stayed here before because the hotel is so quiet. The rooms do need a little updating but they are clean and a good size. The staff here are amazing! They helped me celebrate my 60th birthday and really went out of there way to make my son’s homeschooling run smoothly by bringing his breakfast up to the room everyday. A big thank you to All the lovely staff especially the restaurant manager Sukayasa, Tati and Rani for helping out and making our stay perfect. See you all again soon.
