The only thing we disliked was the music many days was blaring with the boom boom sound and there were very few people around the pool. Nice soft music should be played as many people were just relaxing and even sleeping. The cleaning staff for our first week was hit and miss - no towels, water, toilet paper - after that the staff was great. The restaurant staff were excellent and the pool staff were so accommodating.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the outdoor areas were gorgeous, the food was amazing. My room was spacious and clean. The only problem was with the water leaking to the floor when taking a shower. That’s a design issue that needs attention. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

The property was great. Only problem was check in. I booked a booked a deluxe room. I got given a standard which was horrible. I queried it with word on line. No answer just my booking changed suddenly to a standard room booked. Luckily I was able to change rooms at an extra charge. But next time I’ll screen shot the whole booking. It was shady that word suddenly changed my booking to a standard room after questioning it and no response at all from wot if.

Great People Great Hotel

One night after arrival by Airport...Staff was amazing, property was beautiful. We would have stayed had we not already paid for our next place. The people really made this even nicer and breakfast was awesome.

Memorable and delightful

We had a villa with a private pool...the only way to go! The room was huge and nicely decorated in a Balinese/Inddonesian style, the bathroom was also large. Canopied king bed was comfortable. Pool was delightfully warm. The staff were so very friendly (this IS Indonesia!). The only 3 star rating i would give would be for the buffet breakfast...a little underwhelming. Everything else was superb. Short walk to Jerman Beach in Kuta and very near to the airport.

The Rama Beach resort is very rundown. The rooms need refurbishing. The furniture is old. The fall apart when opening. They fall down. There’s a mould in the room. Cockroaches that we found. The cleanliness needs to be improved. Just needs refurbishing and it would be a nice hotel. Shower is dangerous. The shower is in a very high bath tub and the water runs all over side onto the floor. Air condition was leaking. On the positive side the breakfast was very good. The staff are very friendly. The pool is nice.

We booked the villa with private pool. Lots of bugs, fleas in the bedroom. Minimal hot water in shower. The property is quite damp. However the service is excellent with free New Year Eve's dinner party.
