Just had a couple of nights here. It's quite a nice hotel and in a great location in Kuta. We were in the Bali Wing, and whilst it is clean, and reasonably well maintained, it does feel a little aged. In the room, a Grand Deluxe in our case, the sleeping area was good, bathroom a bit small. Furniture in the room whilst clean is again a little aged, with some of the edges missing. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet We only used the Kelapa Pool which was a nice place to relax. There were children jumping from the bridge at the pool, even tho the signs said not to, and staff at the pool did not say anything to them. Food at breakfast and around the pool was generally nice. Overall, great location and good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. What made it was the staff they go over and beyond to make your stay as great as it can be. The meals at the dining area tasted great and were affordable. The breakfest had variaty and was a good start to the day sitting around the main pool with the crashing waves within site. The resort is in the heart of kuta beach with clear access to the beach and close access to dining out and shopping with a spa on site that my wife told me was fantastic. We had a pool access room which my daughter loved and the staff there were amazing. We stayed at 3 resorts on our trip and we this resort was our favorite. We will book again on our next trip to Bali.

Truntum Kuta was a nice hotel in a location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The staff are all very friendly and were happy to answer our questions regarding the local area. The buffet breakfast has a good variety of food on offer. There are three swimming pools on the property, with the first having a swim up bar, the second along the beachside walk and the largest tucked away at the rear of the property. Acessability will be a problem to those that are not able to use stairs, as there was no lift available to some of the rooms. Requesting a ground level room would fix this issue for those that require it. The hotel holds a couple of buffet dinners with a show throughout the week. They are held outdoors and provide limited food options, but the reasonable price makes the experience worthwhile. Our room had a very generous King sized bed, lounge, bar fridge, kettle, safe and a small bathroom with a shower and toilet. The electrical plugs were universal. The balchony had two chairs and a small table overlooking the pool. There was an ashtray supplied to cater for the smokers. Outside of the property there is a plethora of local sales people seeking your attention. Saying a polite 'no thankyou' will have them leave you alone. Overall, Truntum Kuta was a nice, value for money hotel in a convenient location.
