The location was very central to everything on offer in Kuta but there are much better resorts to stay at if you dont want the chaos of being hassled all day. The Grand Deluxe Poolside Room was old but well maintained and the staff were friendly and attentive to your needs. What really let this resort down was the food; it was poorly prepared with low quality produce and everything, breakfast, lunch and dinner, lacked flavour. Thankfully there were some good restaurants in the local area.

Loved the hotel, location, staff, service and the food! Also loved that the hotel is right on the beach! The only issue we had during our stay were the hard mattresses in the rooms! They were very uncomfortable to sleep on!

Value and location amazing! Staff are so lovely, strategic location close to everything, buffet was full of choices. Sunset pool was fantastic, and just us two watching the sunset from the pool for the 3 nights we stayed there. We will be back!! :)

Room was very dated and in desparate need of renovation, though of a decent size. The breakfast was a large selection of unappetizing dishes, and heavily sugared juices. It's not expensive but you get what you pay for.

We had a fantastic stay at Truntum Kuta and would happily return. The location is prime — the beach is right beside the hotel, two art markets are just minutes away, and it’s an easy 15-minute walk to both Discovery Mall and Beachwalk Shopping Centre. Everything you need is close by. A special mention goes to the Duty Manager, Mr Cok Oka Derana. He is a genuinely kind, happy man with a great sense of humour and truly made our stay memorable. Staff like him make all the difference. The food was excellent, with great choices available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our room was cleaned daily by Edi, a lovely young man who always went above and beyond — nothing was ever too much trouble and he was always happy to help. The hotel also offers a full-service spa on site, which was fantastic, and three outdoor swimming pools, giving plenty of space to relax. The new lobby is beautiful, very welcoming, and sets the tone for the whole stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

The breakfast was always good, the pool did need more lounges for guest and maybe having staff go to the people on the lounges to order drinks rather than going up to the bar. Pillows in room could have been better softer and bed was a little hard maybe a softer topper on the bed

cons: - only 1 restaurant for lunch and not many choices on the menu, good thing is many restaurants nearby - MASSAGE >_< we booked our 90 mins massage for two ppl (20:00-21:30), we arr at the spa at 07:50, got into our room at 20:00, one of the girls arr at 20:05 and massage finished at 21:20. THAT'S CHEATING pros: - good location - most staff are friendly except one of the waiters wouldn't let us sit in the restaurant for live music when we had our drinks in the bar - we stayed at 1411 for the first 3 nights and moved to 1408 due to the toilet has no flushing water but the arrangement was smooth by the front desk

The location is great and close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff were fabulous and the room was clean, comfortable and as described. We did have to move room due to excessive noise from a group of other travellers who repeatedly woke us early every morning, however the staff accommodated that with no issue. The Hotel itself in general could do with a bit of maintenance as it’s looking tired and dated in parts. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of options, the three pools are all very good and the pool foam party was a great highlight. The nightly ‘pop-up’ Warung at the front of the Hotel had sensational Indonesian food at super cheap prices which we went to several times. Overall a pleasant stay which met our needs.
