I booked the hotel to be close to the airport on our last night in Bali. It turns out it is on a one-way loop, which adds a good 15 minutes to any trip, as traffic is heavy. Silly me, for not doing my research better, but I mention it so others can avoid the same mistake. The hotel was spotlessly clean in both rooms that we stayed in - one a family room and the other a Delux that we changed to for a late checkout before our flight. The pools seemed small for a hotel with so many rooms and the exterior and grounds looked a bit tired. It was a decent enough stay for one night, but I don’t think I would stay again. It just wasn’t really the style of hotel or area that we enjoy as a family.

I have stayed many times in KUTA how ever this was the worse hotel I have stayed in, the staff are lovely but I wasn’t aware I would be staying in the old grand inna where there gardens are not look after just sad that we were so disappointed

Love our "2nd home".

We always stay in this hotel during our trip to the Kuta beach area. The proximity to the beach and mall is one of the reason for us. Also the hotel have everything what we need during our vacation.
