I was a bit hesitant booking the suite sharing with my 25yr old son. It looked like it did not have privacy for the main appt, but it has double interconnecting doors, awesome so he had his own room access and I had the other. Then when we wanted we coukd each open our separate doors and had one big appt with lounge, dining etc. No kitchen but you dont need that in Bali. The water filters are a nice convenient touch for drinking water. Coffee pod machine in room also but on 2 occasions housekeeping did not replenish. It said our sheets coukd be changed each day or every 3rd day, not sure mine were changed at all, but great quiet aircon so no sweats in bed anyway.

Hotel and pool looked amazing. Highly recommend getting a poolside room. Very convenient with own pool lounging furniture. Also availed of the couple spa package.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the beach only a few mins walks. In a Quiet area of Kuta. It’s a good hotel with a good size swimming pool. Rooms are good size and clean. The only down side was, it was looking a little tired, the towel rail in the bathroom fell apart and the toilet roll holder kept falling off. Some of the wooden planks around the pool area were quite loose when walking around it. We had stayed in 4 different hotels during our stay in Ball all 4 star. The breakfast was basic but enough to start your day. For the money it was good value. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

The first 2 days we were there the air conditioning did not work at all, I asked engineering / maintenance no less than 5 times to fix it or to move us, finally got moved after the second day. Day 4 and 5 we had building works above our room (obviously removing tiles) for both full days. Will never stay there again. I sent 2 emails to your company asking for help with no response. I wanted to cancel my booking.

A nice little Hotel with a spa...great staff, central to Jalan Legian, Melasti St and the Beach. Doesn't have the beautiful Bali gardens like a resort but a wonderful hotel. Great Value. Breakfast simple but nice for $

The pool water was freezing so we never used the pool in the 2 weeks we were there. Breakfast was also not good at all so we only had breakfast 2 or 3 times after paying for it for 2 weeks. The room was good and the staff were friendly

I enjoyed my stay at The Bene as a stopover hotel so much so that in fact I ended up booking a further day. The rooms were clean and neat. The TV was updated and the amenities were very good. Great value for money and well located 500 metres from Beach Walk Shopping centre and 100 metres from the beach. Close to a variety of restaurants , Try Royal Cannibale for the best steak in Bali (tell the waiters that Walter sent you there and he will look after you) and a host of breakfast places just down the street. This is a low budget hotel with great appeal. I chose this hotel as I was stranded for a few days due to flight delays but would have no hesitation of going there again. Walter

A bit outdated

Lobby are ia just fantastic, typical Balinese. The pool are is great and you can always find a sunbed available. But the rooms is not even close to what we expected. Outdated, toilet is so and so, shower water is slightly salty and that was a negative surprise. Staff is very friendly and helpful and always willing to help out

Hotel is ok for the price. Everything is dated. Breakfast is basic. Pool is in the middle of the hotel so everyone can watch you relax, kinda uncomfortable. Outside street is ruff if you have kids. Heavy traffic and very narrow also dirty. For the price is good but if you want a resort feel this is not the place

Very central walking to everywhere. Beds where very comfortable. Staff were very nice and attended to our needs problems very quickly. Did have a problem with the showers and no hot water. Had to let it run for about 20 minutes and play around with handle to try and find any heat in the water.

Awesome

This is our second stay at the Bene hotel. Very pleasant place to stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has housekeeping every day. The restaurant has well priced food and good. The whole experience both times was great.
