Fabulous location, great pool amenities and lobby. Staff very friendly. Room size good and view amazing! Unfortunately the room smelt so badly it was difficult to spend much time in the room. I did ask twice for it to be deodorised however this was not done. It was a cooking fatty smell possibly from kitchen exhaust? We were on the 5th floor. In hindsight I should have requested to move rooms it was that bad. Disappointing given the cost. Also I did have to ask for room servicing to be done everyday and it didn’t get done at all on the last day.

Poolside is fantastic. Great size deck fo sunbathing and outdoor dining. Reasonably sized pool an hot tub Location is the best thing! It’s steps away from the Waikiki shopping and dining. Very easy access to the beach.

Everything went quite well. After a long flight and a very early morning arrival in Honolulu, we were extremely tired and sleepy. We checked in at the expected time and were pleasantly upgraded to a higher floor room away from the street noise — perhaps because we’re Expedia Genius members, or maybe the receptionist was simply kind. Our room was spacious and fairly clean, with a lovely balcony view overlooking Waikiki Beach, the city, and the mountains. The only issue we had was that there were no tea bags — only different kinds of sugar and coffee capsules, but no coffee machine. I called and requested them a couple of times and finally received some on the fourth day. The location was excellent — right across from Waikiki Beach and close to shopping areas, restaurants, and cafés. Parking was next door but cost $75 USD per 24 hours (including GST), which I found expensive, just like everything else in Honolulu. The hotel has a restaurant on the 5th floor with live music, and even with my 20% Expedia Genius discount, it was still quite pricey. Overall, it was a good stay — great location, nice views, and comfortable rooms, just a few small things that could be improved.

This hotel was very good, considering the price. It's not a beachfront hotel, but very walkable within a few minute.

The room wasn’t cleaned regularly. The jacuzzi wasn’t working there was loud construction all day. There was a manager named Justin at the ramen restaurant that was very rude to us. Used profanity when asked a question. Wasn’t the best stay for us for $2,500+. Would not recommend this.
