We were excited to stay at this hotel but unfortunately there were a few downfalls. The whole week we were there the WiFi didn’t work for us, in any part of the hotel, not just our room. We did feel that the hotel staff were accommodating by offering to move us to another room, but they had nothing equivalent available. Also, to move with a newborn and all our stuff two days in is quite an inconvenience. Having spoken to the gym staff it seems that the WiFi is often not working. Also, upon checking out, the baggage staff couldn’t locate our bags. This was quite a stress as we had our laptops and baby formula in them. It appeared that they had sent our bags to someone else’s room. The staff didn’t seem too alarmed nor reassuring in the moment. On the positive, the location was good, the food at the pool was good, the lei classes ran by James were excellent and the hotel was well kept. I wouldn’t say the rooms reflected the modernisation of the lobby but on the whole clean and comfortable

Great facilities and amenities in the hotel. Great and kind Stuff. Rooms are not clean enough as well as the hallways in the hotel. Full there is not enough insulation so everything is very noisy

Check in with Jasmine was very pleasant and professional. Our room is very clean and offered all the amenities we would want like robes and water. they want negative thing I have to say about the property is that you’d like to lay on Waikiki Beach you have to walk down two blocks to the sister hotel to use umbrellas and lounging chairs for the beach. they are complementary, however, which is also plus. A perk is the convenience of many restaurants and activities within walking distance of this hotel.

Super comfy rooms. Clean, quiet and beautiful view from our lanai. Housekeeping was fantastic, infinity pool was a treat. The view from the pool , spectacular. Food at the pool and pizza at the restaurant was great. Drip bar was great service. Zero negatives at this resort.

El wifi no me trabajaba ya como al cuarto dia tuve que hablar con un resepcionista porque tampoco podia ver tv queria conectarlo a mi celular y sin wifi no pude estuve 6 dias y solo pude tener axceso a el 2 dias me cobraron demasiado dinero y ni el desayuno era incluido tuve que pagar parqueo 50 dolares diarios muy bonito pero demasiado caro

The location is perfect. Right innthe middle of the strip. The zoo and the aquarium are walkable and the food is abundant in choices. A few things are a lot of the resort amenities are additional cost and the 'Ocean view' can be full or partial, nevertheless, its was an amazing place to stay.
