We had just a quick one night stay to see a musical in Oahu. The staff was very friendly. The bed was great. Our room was located right next to the elevators. It sounded like we had a train going by all night long. Other than that, good hotel.

Overall great experience, walls are thin so it’s loud sometimes being on a busy street but didn’t bother myself or my husband. Very walkable next to a target and multiple restaurants and only a 3-5 minute walk to beach. Pool is nice but sometimes overcrowded with kids especially in the Spa. Gym was fantastic loved the equipment. House keeping did a great job cleaning room daily and restocking rooms. Enjoyed having a person there on the lobby floor to be able to schedule and book activities that we could trust in particular United was great he helped set up snorkeling and our Pearl Harbor tour. Loved the restaurant Appetito had great food for every meal.

Staff was nice and helpful. We had a great room and stay. The only thing that was confusing was they advertise breakfast included for this day but when we got there they gave us one voucher that was only a one-time use. We used the voucher for dinner and had $20 left and we we're told we could not have a credit as it was one time use only and if money was left over it was lost. Obviously we didn't want to lose the money so we spent it at the dinner then had nothing for breakfast so we ended up going somewhere else as we thought it was free breakfast as well as a $50 food voucher which was not the case. So that was kind of a bait and switch but other than that the property was nice and we had a penthouse room which was amazing please note there is construction going on one side of the building so construction noise during the day

First of all, the room was not what was pictured on Expedia. My dorm room was bigger than the closet of a room I was assigned to at first. It was like a broom closet. Why I say that is because the room was way at the end of the floor by the stairwell. There was a door propped open and through that door was two other doors that was the rooms. So if the first door was closed you shared a common square patch of nothing. It was a little creepy to be honest. Especially when traveling solo. Inside the room. The washroom was so small I couldn’t even put my toilettes on the sink. The counter was like a pedestal sink top. There weren’t any dressers either. The only room you basically had was the one maybe two foot perimeter around the bed. I went downstairs and they upgraded me for an extra $50 a night which was nice. They said since I went through a third party (Expedia) there wasn’t much else they could do other than charge me. Well worth it. The staff was very nice. I felt the pictures were a bit not accurate. The lady at the desk said it was the smallest room at 300 sq ft.

Had a great 14 day stay recently. Shandan the pool boy looked after the pool area exceptionally and ensured everyone was comfortable and had clean dry towels at all times. He even had Easter treats for us!

Lovely stay. Queen room is a little on the small side in comparison to the King room my parents had which had a larger bed and extra sitting area which was a as a great size. Hotel has been newly renovated. Very comfortable and reasonably priced. Great location. Market City directly opposite is so handy. Would stay here again.

There was a huge construction site next door to our room (high rise building being built). The noise was constant all day and unbearable in addition to construction workers looking directly into our room all day every day. There was no mention of this prior to our arrival, nor on our arrival, and no discount was offered in relation to this major issue. By day 2 we couldn't stand the constant extreme noise and asked if there was any chance of being moved to a different room. The staff were all lovely and they moved our room however it was a smaller, lower quality room and whilst the noise levels were far better, no discount or compensation was offered. The pool and spa are tiny for the size of the hotel and number of guests it accommodates so both were constantly overcrowded. Gym facilities were quite good and all the staff at the hotel were great. Overall, a poor experience and average at best. I would look elsewhere.

The only drawback was the shower; it was a little small and confined, but the view from the 14th floor was AMAZING! The charming hotel was only a three-minute walk from the beach, and seven minutes from all the shops. I can't wait to visit Hawaii again.
