We had a suite and it was amazing. The hallways smelled like Hawaiian magic lol. I’m pretty picky and this hotel IMO was nice and the staff were friendly. Super short walk to the beach and tons of shopping conveniently located. I’d go back there again.

Overall, it was a great trip. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed comfy. The ac didn’t feel as cold as I wanted but it was fine. Only bummer for me was the bathroom was really small and not as pictured online. But I got used to it. I hoped to get an upgrade since I checked the website the day of check in and prices for rooms was almost half what I booked. Really nice thing was a $50 credit at Apetio which I used for HH!

Excellent location. Steps to Waikīkī Beach, parking 🅿️ , Within a short distance to highway and local attractions. Hospitality at its finest. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, proactive, and hospitable. While we didn’t use the pool area, we noted that it was thoroughly cleaned every morning. We watched the staff scrub handles, seats, and every inch of that area. We were very impressed. Would return.
