Overall, our stay was positive, but I feel I should write to let anyone who is looking for a nice quiet getaway to look elsewhere. While the staff were amazing, this resort is flooded with loud partiers and tons of screaming kids. Our king suite was poolside, where it was constant screaming and loud music and right next to the elevator, which ran all day, everyday. When I asked about moving to room away from the noise, our only option was to pay $100/night more for 2 queens since all Kings are next to the elevator. Additionally, our flight was cancelled so we couldn’t get there on our original arrival date. I contacted them immediately, but they refused to credit or refund our first night’s payment, even though we weren’t there. The location of the resort is ideal and very close to restaurants, shops, beach, etc. No issues with that, just not a resort for someone looking for a quiet place to relax. The breakfasts are amazing! The happy hour drinks, not so much.

It was easy to get your car and leave. The room and hotel overall was clean. I didn't like everything closed early the pool and hot tub at 9 and the bar at 8pm.

It is a beautiful property. Many niceties. but I will highlight what kept us from rating this hotel a 5. The omelette bar had excessive wait times, enough that we skipped the omelette on some days. 20 to 30 minutes was not uncommon. There was an out of order signed on the icemaker right outside our door. Turns out every other floor was “out of order“. I think they just shut half of them down. Some inconvenience but no big deal. The rooms were very nice but a little dated.

It was really good stay in here with my little daughter. Bedroom and living room is separated that me and my husband could drink after my daughter slept. One thing if I could say, we took a lot time to wait for the elevator. I wish if there were more elevator. However our stay in here was wonderful!

I liked the location and friendliness of the staff. I didnt like that the resort fees are so high. After the nightly rate, valet is $65/day and then an extra $40/day resort fee. Then room service is not provided on the second day. Only afte rthe third day.

Perfect for families. The buffet breakfast is excellent, especially if you are Canadians with a weak dollar, saves you money. Excellent staff, would stay again. Rooms were huge. Only downside is it’s a little dated but that’s totally fine.
