The breakfast was good, but the first morning I had an ham, cheese, and mushroom omelet and had asked for a little more of the ham, and the female cook had given me about 3-4 cubes of extra ham. Then she gave me a look like she was annoyed that I had asked for extra ham. Then it seem that the hotel had elevator problems, because one of the days it appeared that only 1 of 3 elevator was working and with all the people having to wait a long time, because the one elevator seemed to always be full. I had to walk up 5 flight of stairs to my floor after eating breakfast, and I have a bad left knee where I have a plate and 4 screws. Then on the second morning of breakfast, the one side that I was on had ran out of plates and when I informed someone, I was told that someone was on their way with them, but when the person came out with clean plates, they were taken to the side that already had plates, and the person never even came to the side that was out. I then had to say something to another person whom then went to the side that had all the plates and got some plates and brought them to the side that did not have any.

Our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk was amazing! The staff were the nicest, most helpful staff we have ever encountered at a hotel! Everyone had a smile on their face and were more than happy to help with anything. The room was great and comfortable...minor complaint would be the bed and the pillows were just not what we look. My daughter said the sofa bed was the best she ever slept on. The hotel had a great breakfast each morning though it can get a little crowded. The happy hours each night were also wonderful as well. The hotel itself was a great location and we were able to walk a lot of different places for shopping, eating, etc. Even though not on the beach, we walked across the street to another hotel and went to the beach there. This is a hotel I would HIGHLY recommend and will definitely stay there again when we go to Honolulu. The only negative is the elevator situation....it is a big building with lots of people and two slow elevators. But don't let that stop you from staying here.

Our housekeeping attendant went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. Her pleasant and friendly smile was always appreciated. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. We will always look for Chita when we visit.

We had a phenomenal time at this hotel. We travelled with our adult children, three boys between 18 and 25. The ability to have our own rooms and for each of the boys to have their own bed made the trip. The beach was a three minute walk. The convenience stores were across or up the street and had everything. Several high end restaurants and sites were minutes away. We never rented a car. The hotel had the standard safe, fridge, microwave and bar sink. Ice was available on every floor. I would recommend this to anyone looking for space when traveling with family. I would say we had the full Waikiki experience.

The staff is great and friendly and extremely attractive. At registration Flo and Cindy are very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast staff were very attentive to my family. Especially Aldrine, Cary, and Jay. The bartender were friendly made us feel at home. Essentially Maile, Keola, and Dennis. That's why we've stayed there for the last 20 years.

We were there a week and had no issues. Room was perfect and staff was always friendly and available…… but also not bothering us often. Will stay here again super convenient area. The parking fee is high but they have rentals on site I’d suggest using just to save the parking fee.

The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. The room we initially booked did not match the ocean view shown in the photos and was too small for our family of five. The staff were exceptional and super polite, and made the upgrade process easy, moving us to a larger room with a much better view for a fee. The new room was perfect for our two week stay. The buffet breakfast was great with an excellent range of food and drinks, and the evening social was a really nice touch, with coupons for four free drinks and snacks to unwind after a big day of adventures. I would highly recommend this hotel for families holidaying together.
