Great location on the beach. Lots of amenities on site or close by. Stayed 5 days total. Check in - meh. Supposed to be in Kalia Tower (Ocean View). Received an email stating we could check in at 2. Showed up @ 2 and no rooms until after 4, so we had to be moved to the Diamond Tower (farther back). Did still have an Ocean view and a balcony. Tried to double charge for resort fees, showed receipt from my phone and got it waived. Room was average, mattress firm. Small fridge in room and a single cup coffee maker. No microwave. Had some issues with the water - either boiling hot or icy cold in the shower, randomly got tepid water after multiple on/off sessions. Pools are great for the kiddos. Fireworks on Friday nights are fun.

The property is overpriced for what you get. Everything is costly there just a giant tourist trap. We purchased the exact room we wanted for over a thousand dollars (king size bed in Tapa tower) and we were given a room in the tapa tower that had two queen sized beds. We requested a partial beach view and got the exact opposite. For some reason I was paying daily fees there and was unsure what they were for and when questioned they said it was resort fees. Didn’t like the stay and I don’t think I will be going back. The lagoon also had a sewage stench which made my wife sick. There was a damaged valve in the room which didn’t allow us to have hot water which was fixed decently fast. The toilet was clogged as soon as we got there and the room overall had a weird stench. Not what I expected for what I paid for.

Very nice property, staff were pretty nice as well. Valet drivers are extremely rude and Hilton charges an insane $69 a day to self park your car in their garage(same thing if you valet plus a tip for the driver). Idk seems crazy to me to charge a customer that much to park, also don’t forget about the mandatory hotel fee when you get there ($50 a day).

I thought when I paid for an ocean view that’s what I would have gotten but that couldn’t have farther from the truth. What we actually got was partial view with a pretty obstructed view of the ocean, with trees and a parking lot in the way on the lowest floor. Definitely not worth the “ocean view” price. But other than that the staff were all extremely kind and helpful, especially housekeeping that did a phenomenal job and made a cute display of my kiddos toys.

My family and I loved it! Everyone and I mean everyone was so nice and helpful. The pool was not crowded there were enough chairs to lay in the sun and the employees kept an eye out for people holding chairs( that’s not allowed). The room was clean they came by everyday to service the room. We loved it and would most definitely recommend and go back.
