Staff are amazing the young lady who booked us in was SO kind to us & even knew we had been to the chateau 15 years ago . Charlotte manageress in the Lounge over looking the Lake tended to our light lunch order as if we were royalty & our sandwich order her Chefs will never forget they all made us feel so welcome . Keer was charming too along with Wasi & Rachel who was Scottish ( from my homeland ) our room was spotless

Lake Louise was a short walk from our hotel. We also were upgraded to a lakeview suite which had a stunning view of lake Louise. The service in the dining areas was excellent!

This was planned months ago form a road trip after Thanksgiving gathering in Calgary. 1. Did not expected the room is for handicap and door takes time to close. During that, door was widely open and anyone passing by can see inside. No privacy at all. 2. Water shower pressure is weak. 3. Want to take breakfast on 2nd floor and enjoy the beautiful lake view but restaurant open 11am. 4.In Morning the electric power fail during using coffee machine and kettle. Takes almost 30min to reset. I was in this hotel many years ago before its renovation. Today everything looks new but water and electrical did not match.

We had a great time at our stay at the Fairmont Chateau Louise. We had dinner at the Lakeview Lounge with a stunning view of the lake! The view is breathtaking! Hope to go back in their one day as we missed to visit the Glacier’Basin.

You pay a LOT, but you absolutely get what you paid for. I booked during the off-season, booking a mountain-view room for roughly $600.00 - a bit steep for me, but when in Rome right? Anyway, I am guessing due to the offseason, I was upgraded for free to a lake view room (usually about $1,100.00), so that was an awesome surprise! The grounds, it goes without saying, are majestic. And I don't use that word lightly. Lake Louise is absolutely stunning. The gentleman at check-in was super kind, courteous and had a good sense of humour. For parking, you have the option of valet, or self-parking if you'd prefer. Dinner was really good, but for the prices, the portions were tiny. But to be fair, I knew what I was getting. It's part of the experience really. There are restaurants in town that are much cheaper. Breakfast was freaking awesome. They have the standard cold food continental breakfast section, but on steroids lol The selection is closer to the hotels I stayed at in Iceland (a country that absolutely takes its hotel breakfast selection VERY seriously), but you could also order hot breakfast too, or a bit of both! I can't say enough positives about my experience, just again, the price might be an issue. But you get what you pay for (and then some, in my case)!

I just returned home after staying at Chateau Lake Louise for 4 nights. I am very impressed by this hotel and will choose Fairmont hotels in the future. This hotel is not only beautiful but has the picturesque Lake Louise as the backdrop. Each morning, my husband and I would walk or hike areas of Lake Louise. There are several restaurant options on hotel grounds for guests and a grab and go pantry. The staff is exceptional! Lina, who checked us in, did a wonderful job explaining everything and was very helpful! We are looking forward to our next trip to Chateau Lake Louise.
