Stay here if you want no soap in the room, a toilet that will not flush properly, no elevator, more attention to answering the phone at the front desk then serving the counter, in room phones not working. On the positive side counter person was helpful and breakfast was great!

Pleasant and comfortable stay

Overall the experience was pleasant, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room had all basic necessities like fridge, microwave, coffee machine and buffet breakfast included. The only issue I have is the bathroom needs proper mildew and mold treatment done.

Very disapointed.

When we arrived for or Check-in there was a long line waiting as far as outsider the entry door. It Took more Than one hour to be answer by the one And only employe at the counter.The same Thing append the second Time the 14 off August.Never will we take this hôtel when we will go to Bathurst!,

Needs better management.

Could be much better with little effort from management. 1- cleaning the tiles in the shower and removing the mold, then re caulking. 2- Breakfast included? No milk. No butter. No yogart. Garbage can pretty much in the entrance 35 ft. away. 3 major grocery stores within a 1/4 km.

Hire someone

Hire someone to work at large volume times - ie check in 4pm to 7pm. Longest check in time ever 45 mins. Unacceptable. One guy at the desk and 7 people lined up to check in at 5:30. Totally unacceptable - and cheapness reflected in ownership.

Had to get three different keys to try to open my door with me walking back and forth each time. Carpets are stained. Staff milling about everywhere for no apparent reason. Equipment left everywhere in the hallways. Towels etc left dropped on the floor of the main hallway. Worst of all the smell of my room! It hit you as soon as you opened the door each time you entered. Strong mildew smell from where my bathroom had obviously been cleaned with dirty water. If it weren't for the last point, I would have said nothing but future guests have to know! I have stayed in about 9 hotels in the last two months. Not one of them was as bad as this place. The physical space could be great if were just kept up. The location is fine if you are driving but about 30 minute walk from the downtown. There were nice staff at the front desk.

The room is clean, the bathroom as well. The stairs were a little bit dirty and we waited for a moment to do the check in because there were a lot of people. After a long drive, we were tired so waiting was not interesting.

A night at the motel from hell.

The mattress was in horrible shape, I could feel the spring everywhere, there was a hole in one side of the mattress. No remote for the television, after asking the clerk at the front desk, he bought one, but it was for the wrong tv. We could not lock the patio door, the bar was missing,
