I’ve stayed at this hotel for years before it was “Forest Park” and I love the new updates! Room was beautifully renovated and clean. We enjoyed using the outdoor hot tub, sauna, pool at marmot lodge. Can’t wait to come back again when it is fully renovated!

Staff was great to deal with. Needed something brought from housekeeping about 8pm Saturday night. Called the front desk and they were fast efficient and very good to deal with. Construction noise was not noticeable when we were in our rooms but we were not there during most day time hours. A little pricey for what they currently had to offer. As the gym, pool etc were not open. It was nice to have other options but definitely a little cold to be going back and forth with wet hair.

The hotel was located at an amazing spot facing the mountains. The alpine wing was newly built and the rooms were really good size, the kitchen and the kitchenware provided was very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and reception staff were helpful with providing info on current events happened at Jasper, and places to go for.
