Had the best time here! It was stunning. The infinity pool was so fun to hangout in. The beach was steps away and we saw turtles in the ocean from our balcony every morning! The only thing is the food and drinks are very expensive and the pillows and bed were extremely uncomfortable. Everything else was 10/10!

Customer service is not the priority at this establishment. My credit card fraud locked and a daily resort fee didn’t go through. The manager sent security up the same day to escort me to the front desk to pay the fees before I was allowed to leave my room. What a disgusting thing to do to someone that paid $3000 for the reservation itself. The manager doesn’t use common sense in handling trivial matters and should not be in that position. She proceeded to lie and say I was avoiding her calls (she called once and left a voicemail). I will be pushing my complaint to the corporate office.

We had an amazing stay. Perfect location in downtown Waikīkī, easily walkable to many shopping and dining options. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The views, especially from the edge pool were exceptional. Pool service was quick and organized. 100 percent would stay again
