Excellent customer service, rooms were very clean and spacious for our family. Restaurants and market in lobby area made it very convenient when we wanted something quick to eat or necessities. Great place to stay. Highly recommended

This property looks way better in the pictures. We had a family suite. Sleeps 4 with the pull out couch. Kitchen is not well stocked. No sharp knife to cut vegetables or fruit.. No serving dishes and only enough plates and bowls for each person. Although its a "suite" it does not function as a condo. Additional cost $80 a day for parking and amenites so keep that in mind when booking. Front desk staff both on check in and check only there to cofirm credit card and id nothing else. Security entered our room for a water leak while we were out. Left at note with a check box saying they entered for water leak but no indication of leak or follow up with us. End of day book a better place for a hundred dollars more a night. Would not go back.

It’s ok

Overall our stay was ok to good. It’s nice that the hotel isn’t super crowded with beach-goers, and that there’s a kitchen in the room- that made it easy with the kids. The cons are: the Valet girls are pretty rude (the male workers were super nice though), the toilet flush had a loud squeal with each flush (imagine that waking your kids up at night) and the AC system kept needing to be reset once per night in the middle of the night. Also, the bed was super hard and made my shoulders hurt.

The staff was incredibly rude and mean to me during my stay there. As a disabled person, i felt very low because of this. They actually tried to force me off the property at 2am while they played tricks and pranks on me. They wouldnt help me locate my vehichle that the valet parked themselves in the parking garage. They also tried to charge me an additional $30 after checkout because i didnt return the beach towel key card i was given. I will never frequent this hotel again and i will tell everyone i know that will listen about how horrible this place is

Everything was fabulous. We loved the partial lagoon view. It really made a difference to us for our stay. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and are there to assist and answer any questions. We are thankful for the water and ice cream that were included daily. Such a nice touch! The only thing that I would have liked is to have a more comfortable bed. Unfortunately the bed was quite hard. I read another review with that info in it and perhaps I could have got a foamy to help with that just to have a better sleep. However overall a top notch stay! I am looking to go back and stay again.

When booking you should say that their is a $250 security deposit and clarify it cause I personally thought that when you put the down payment for the first day your all booked but showed up and had to pay an extra $250

Absolutely adored our room. We looked right out over the marina. Easy walk to the busy part of Waikiki. Beautiful beach within seconds. Perfect for watching sunsets. Bar and restaurant staff at the Grille are great. Great balcony.
