Kristan at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I spoke with her before we arrived concerning having our adult daughter near us. She was very accommodating. Vicki our housekeeper made sure our room was spotless and we had everything we needed. She was very polite and friendly. James the concierge helped arrange a renewal ceremony for us. He had housekeeping deliver our flowers to our room the day of the ceremony to assure they were fresh. We stayed there once before and would definitely stay there again. The hotel is across the street from the beach and near many restaurants and shopping. There are parks, zoo and the aquarium within walking distance.

May have been a better review if we stayed longer.

Great location, nice views. My only complaint, charging an excessive “ resort fee” for facilities we never used as we there less than 24 hours. Wouldn’t budge when I asked.

Great location

Great location. Close to the shops and beach. The pool is a bit small, but it is cool that it’s right next to the cafe. Breakfast at cafe is really good. We also appreciated that prior to being able to check in the hotel gave us a wifi password to use and an access card to use the rest room with having to ask. There’s a large ABC store next door, and a mall on the other side.

Comfortable hotel in Waikiki

Great location if you dont mind being on busy Waikiki. The hotel provides bellman services, it has a fairly good coffee shop, etc. It would be nice to have a coffee machine in the bedroom.
